"I have already investigated the Bureau of Immigrations but I couldn't link any crimes to them. Whether it is about the entry of foreigners with questionable backgrounds, I really couldn't pinpoint the roots of it. I think someone with a higher position is behind in this crime. To think that I couldn't find any dirty spots within the area when they're responsible for the entry and exit of each individual coming from another country." Phileo said.

"Bribery, Phileo. It's a natural occurrence within the higher grounds to bribe normal employees and raise their position. Or it could be a strike deal between the syndicate or the government themselves. How low has this country become? It's not worthy of my dome." Andrea said, sighing at Phileo. 

"If it's bribery then we could have had a lead about that. But the records are clean."
