Hangover

Mark didn't say anything to her as she quietly followed him back to his chamber. He opened the door first and stepped in while Sophie frowned and stood by the door not wanting to step into his room.

Mark wondered what was her obsession with Dave that she has kept shooting her shot towards him. Though he wouldn't deny Dave was handsome but she kept going back to Dave even though she knew his boss wasn't interested in women. He sighed and retired back to his room. Since he was working for Mr Jeff he has been living in the black temple with Dave as he was one of Mr Jeff boys before Dave became the new CEO.

"Are you coming in or you want to sleep out?" Mark questioned her, seeing she still stood by the door. Dave's room wasn't far from his and he knew, with her obsession about Dave she might sneak into his room if the two guards weren't there.

"Am waiting for the bus horn to sound. I cannot sleep over," Sophie told him and he didn't respond.

Mark went on stripping as he wanted to take a quick shower and just then Sophie turned and stepped into his room, just to wait to hear the bus horn.

Her jaw dropped as she saw his rod and saw him naked. She swallowed and quickly looked away from him.

"Why didn't you tell me that you were naked and I shouldn't turn?" she questioned him with a frown.

"Does it matter, and why acting so innocent ain't you a prostitute?."

She shrugged her shoulders not responding. She was, but she still finds it hard to sleep with any random man, except for someone she likes or admire.

Seeing she wasn't responding to him. Mark sighed and left her. While Sophie continued standing by the door. She peaked out towards Dave's room, seeing the two guards there weren't fallen asleep she bite on her lower lip in anger.

Now she has seen the naked man's rod whom she doesn't even know his name and position, she couldn't focus or think straight.

Sophie turned and walked back into the room again. And just then Mark stepped out from his bathroom. He stared at her and she loosened her hair in confusion.

"Hmm.." Mark's eyes narrowed at her and he walked passed her to his wardrobe.

Sophie still stood, not knowing how to approach him. She actually thought the man wanted her just now. She walked up to meet him and held him from his waist startling Mark whom thought she wanted to attack him, or stab him as her hands were so hot. He quickly pushed her away to the bed and she fell and stood up.

"So sorry," Mark apologized as he walked up to her and she smiled faintly.

"Is okay, I had thought you wanted me, I didn't mean any harm," Sophie responded.

"Hmm.." Mark sighed, he wanted her but after he heard her mentioned about stripping in front of Dave, he lost his appetite to have her.

"Is okay, you can just sleep here, the bus wouldn't be leaving tonight for safety purposes," he said as he wore back his short and boxers.

"Hmm.. So are we not going to do it?."

"No!" Mark looked away from her and went out. He had some things to check before their delivery. He went out to examine the drug to be delivered as Dave didn't go out to check on it, and to also cool himself as he knew the girl wanted Dave and was only lusting after him, after seeing him naked.

He sat out in the garage, watching the team load the truck with woods.

Dave laid on his bed thinking about his decision. He was so tired and lazy and his head ached. He turned and turned and despite feeling the urge to vomit, he still couldn't vomit. He sat up again and dragged himself to the restroom to vomit and to take a quick shower.

He used a plastic chair and sat in his restroom before taking off his clothes.

He switched on the tap for the water to pour out and he started pouring it on his head with a bowl in the restroom.

After his body calmed, he switched off the tap and stepped out naked. He went to lay on his bed and drifted to sleep.

Sophie thought of sneaking into the boss's room again. Her leg was throbbing hot especially after seeing the naked man rod. She came out and saw the two guards still walking up and down in front of the boss's room and she knew she was out of lucks.

She sighed and went back into the room to sleep.

The following morning, Dave woked up with a headache. He turned and found himself naked on his bed. He looked sideways to see if he hadn't spend his previous night with any woman, seeing that there was no female, he sighed and stood up and went to take a quick bathe before coming out to dress up. Though Sunday they had business to do.

Sophie woke up and came down from the bed. She was surprised to see herself alone on the bed, and the man didn't return.

Mark actually slept out at the hall, after watching the truck leave, he went back into the hall to sleep.

Sophie hurriedly came down from the bed and rushed out to see if their bus has gone and she was lucky to see, some girls were still around.

She quickly went outstanding to wait and just as she was stepping out, she bumped into the boss whom was also stepping out from his room.

"Good morning," she shyly greeted Dave.

"Good morning," Dave subtly respond and walked away to the hall. He didn't even cast a glance on her, but he was sure a female greeted him.

"Where's Steve?" Dave questioned Gape as soon as he stepped out to the hall.

"Good morning boss," Steve responded as soon as he rushed into the hall.

Dave turned to look around, "Follow me!" he told Steve and they both stepped out to the garage.

Sophie went out and stood by the bus waiting for the driver to return. She continued to stare at Dave and when Dave felt the intent gaze of someone on him, he turned to stare at her direction and their eyes meet.

He looked away from her and spoked to Steve, "I will like you to re monitor the mansion, and give me new report."

"Okay boss" Steve responded and Dave nodded.

"I have a plan that I want to carry out and you will accompany me on it, but first, I need you to monitor the mansion, when people comes in and goes out of it."

"Okay boss."

"You may leave." Dave dismissed him and walked back towards the temple.

"Hi," Sophie said to him as she blushed. Dave stared at her and walked straight into the hall ignoring her, while some of the girls that came out to wait for the bus driver bursted out laughing at her, as they saw how the boss cornered her greeting.

Sophie bite on her lower lip in anger and saw Mark approaching them. She quickly opened the bus door and got in as the driver had already arrived. Mark only shook his head as he wasn't even going towards her. He walked passed the bus and went back to the company while the rest of the ladies got into the bus and the driver drove away.

Dave went to attend to a foreign client that came earlier to see him. After he was thru, he went back to have his meal as he hadn't properly feed since when he got to discover that Norman was his older brother.

He went to the hall and the cook served his food and brought it to him on his throne seat. The temple was like a house, built like a prayer house, but it was fortified with strong magic to protect them and weapons to attack any intruder.

Dave sat as he ate his meal in silence. He thought about giving Helen a call to know if Ashley has left his apartment, but his hand shook as he held out his phone and he decided not to call Helen or show any concern about Ashley and rather allow her to go.
