Displeased state

Jane got back home and she was all tears. She was lucky not to meet her elder sister or father at home and she immediately rush into her room and lock her room doors.

She slams herself hard on the bed, as she bursted out crying. She remembers the day she has actually seen Dave and her elder sister in bed and her eyes redden and was full of sobs.

She couldn't believe Dave will go behind her sister's back and get another mansion of his own, just to flirt with naked women as she remembers the two semi nude ladies she saw at his home putting on bikini.

She rush to her bathroom to brush her teeth as she remembers how she has kissed him hungrily in return. Her eyes reddened as she continues to cry and lock herself up in her rooms.

Few hours later Ashley returns back home from Benita's place as she went there to discuss with her friend about her new plans on accepting the senator's son dating proposal to her and go out on a date with him.

She actually told Benita that he's handsome and has a well to do job than Dave and Benita had advice her not to believe the looks as the man could only be pretending to get in between her laps, which was what every men wanted in a woman.

"Tell me girlfriend, what's so wrong about Dave, I can see he actually changes your life and style of dressing and every guys now wants you and are wooing after you" Benita teased her.

"Why not accept to marry Dave since he likes you?" Benita asked and she shook her head in rejection.

"He's a mafia Benita, what if someone attacks him or kill me tomorrow," she had told her friend while they were both seated at Benita's sofa bed in her living room discussing.

"And you think the senator or his son doesn't have enemies too that want them out of the line. Dear girlfriend I will advise you, if you love Dave enough you can accept him, beside, you're also strong like a man," Benita had advised her.

"I know, but just that, I cannot seem to accept him, I just want to start all over with someone else" she refused.

"Why?, Tell me, all this while that you where with him, didn't you both do it. I remembered you told me you love his thing so why go to another man when you love his, just give it a proper thought," Benita said to her and stood up to get another glass of milk.

"How about you, I thought you said you were dating his stepbrother, what happened?" She asked in return and Benita sighed not wanting to discuss about it with her.

The whole living room became silent and awkward and she has to return back home to rest..

She climbs up the stairs going upstairs to her room and decides to check on Jane and she remembered she did not see Jane's little red car parked outside in the front of their compound.

She sighs and walk back to her room and went to freshen up as it was also getting late.

Jane continues to sob in her room. She couldn't believe her sister's husband to be has kissed her too and she actually touched his rod. She cried and her eyes became swollen.

Later that same evening, Mr Dot Kones returned and asked Ashley who came out to welcome him wearing one of her skimpy gown that Helen had bought for her as she love the black short gown so much and it was warmer and hugged tighter to her body.

"Where's your sister, hasn't she arrived, thus almost 10pm and Jane isn't yet back?" Mr Dot questioned with worry and as Ashley couldn't give him a direct answer, he thundered. "Am asking you Ashley!" and Ashley smiled to him

"Father, probably she went for her usual night shoot."

"And did you call her confirm that's were she went too?" he questioned and just then Lexi stepped into the living room and overhead his question to Ashley.

"No father, I hadn't thought about giving her a call." Ashley walked back to take a seat on the couch as she was tired standing.

"Lexi have you spoken to Jane this evening?" Mr Dot Kones asked as he turns to face Lexi.

"No boss, hasn't she returned?" Lexi asked and quickly scratched his head.

"Okay, let me drive back to her company to see if she has signed out with them.

"Wait let me call her first!" Mr Dot stopped him and immediately dialed Jane's phone number and her phone rang upstairs as the living room downstairs was quiet.

Mr Dot Kones stared to Ashley who had told him Jane wasn't home and she quickly responded, "But father I didn't see her car outside, or how manage?' Ashley defended her innocence and Lexi quickly went out to stare at their compound if Jane's car was really there. He returned back and informed his boss.

"Yes boss, her car isn't park outside."

"Then whose phone rang upstairs?" Mr Dot Kones questioned him and he immediately ran upstairs as Ashley lazily sat on the couch yawning.

"You are becoming to lazy this days Ashley and you couldn't even keep an eye on your sister's movement!." Mr Dot Kones stated at her angrily as he feared nothing bad has happened to Jane as she wasn't responding to his call.

"But father she's not a baby, she should have called me to inform me first."

"Shut up and clean your mouth." Mr Dot Kones told her angrily.

"Ever since you returned back from Dave's home you act so unlike you and lazy."

"Why father?" Ashley stood up and stare at him angrily and just then Lexi returned back downstairs.

"I don't like it father. First you complained, I dressed tomboy and now am a girl, you are still complaining can I ever please you for once?," she questioned him angrily and he was left speechless, until Lexi broke the silence between them.

"Boss, she has locked the room from within and she's inside sobbing," Lexi dropped the bombshell.

"What!" Ashley and her father both stared at him surprisingly. They rushed upstairs to Jane's room door and Mr Dot was the last to come upstairs as he was using a walking stick to aid his movement at times after surviving a fatal bullet shot.

"Jane open this door!" They commanded as the stood banging the door.

"Check.the time Lexi to see if you can get a carpenter to break and unlock the door" Mr Dot Kones said.

"It's actually late now boss, probably tomorrow morning or I can ask the boys to come and bang it open," Lexi suggested.

"Wait." Mr Dot Kones knocked and placed his ears on the door and he could hear his younger daughter sob.

"Who might have break her heart to make her this heart broken and Ashley you couldn't even check up on your sister?."

"Father leave me alone oo. Jane open this door." Ashley banged hard on the door, but the door was strong as it was an ebony wooden door.

She walked back downstairs and went to seat back on the couch as she was tired.

Mr Dot shook his head as he saw her return back to her seat. He kept knocking and Jane still refused to come out.

He sighed and later went back to his chamber to change his wears as he was still putting on his office suit.

He stepped out back for dinning and first invited the stationed guard at the gate to question what happened.

The guard came in and told him, "Boss, she just came in and rushed straight into the house, I was surprised she didn't returned with her car and thought someone was chasing her at the speed she used to run into the mansion."

"Hmm," Mr Dot Kones sighed. "You can leave." He dismissed the guard stationed at the gate and switched on the large TV in the living room to monitor thru the CCTV footage.

Ever since he had returned home and saw his wife murdered lifeless body and was told she was raped from the hospital autopsy report. He had install the monitor cameras in his home.

He stared at the footage from when Jane returned and rushed into her room, and he switched the footage to her room and she was still curled up on her bed, sobbing, and Ashley's brow furrowed as she saw her in such displeased state, and Lexi wondered if it was because he went to warn Dave to back off from dating her that made her cried like that.

He couldn't admit what he knew and just then Mr Dot questioned him, "Lexi, do you know the strange person that she was always going out to visit on a date with?."
