I looked at the boy, who was standing at the door and asked, "Jk, what are you doing here?". He looked at me with a surprised expression on his face and softly said, "obviously I am here to pick you up for school idiot, Let's go we are already late! As he said that my mind was filled with questions like "why is he here?" "Do I go to school with him every day?", "is he in my school, are we classmates?". As I was spaced out Jk held my hand and started walking down the street, his hands in mine. As soon as he held my hand my stomach filled with butterflies it was an unknown but exiting feeling, I blushed. It was a feeling like I want to never let go of his hand. while walking I asked him how he knew me? He looked at me for a while without saying anything and took his phone out of his pocket and showed me a picture of me and him playing at the park as kids. he told me we were childhood friends and Neighbours, now I understand, he explained how his dad had come to India with his family for business purpose.

My mind was blown by the thought that we were friends I was about to ask a question, but I stopped when I saw his hand still holding unto mine, I want to enjoy the moment which I can only dream of is now really happening. He saw me again as I was lost in my thoughts and flicked my head as I said, "ouch! what are you doing?" He looked at my expression which he found cute and teasingly said "I was checking if your brain is in its right place or not " then he started laughing. I laughed while seeing how cute he looks, obviously crushing on him. while I was admiring him, I suddenly thought "Am I dreaming right now this can't be real". I pinched my cheeks to see if it's real or not. "It hurts!" I hissed in pain. "Yea well it's real".
