The driver

"I know him!" I mouthed to my friends.

"What?" Luna mouthed back.

"The diver is my uncle! My mother's brother!" I started to panic.

"Werewolf?" Edward turned around to ask.

"Werewolf." I answered.

They did not want us dead. They just wanted something from us. Some information perhaps? I racked my brains for secrets that I may know. I couldn't find any.

"Bad news?" Luna turned to me,"That's my mother. "

"Darling, you don't have to mouth every word you know?" Luna's mother mocked.

I peaked at the rear mirror again only to see my uncle have a gun at his head.

"I will shoot him you know?" Luna's mother threatened.

"Mother please..." Luna begged.

"I know things," Luna's mother continued,"and I'm not you mother. Not anymore."

"You won't shoot him." I spoke before Luna could plead like a dog again.

"Don't test me sweetheart." She warned.

"He seems really nervous which means that he is not willing to do this. You are holding my uncle hostage. I smell metal and gunpowder which means that you are using regular bullets. You know regular bullets do not hurt us, it only slows us down. You may have been the one who killed my parents since you know of their death." I continued,"If you fit these information together, it just means you require information from us. So tell me what is it that you need?" I glared at her through the rear mirror.

"Smarter than your parents for sure," she smiled,"I just want to know how many more family members of yours are alive."

"And why do you ask?" I questioned.

"Answer me first." Her tone started to scare Luna.

However, both Jackson and Edward did not seemed fazed at all.

"Answer me and I will answer you. Besides, if I'm this calm with a gun pointing at my uncle's head, what makes you think I care?" I laughed.

If I was entirely honest, I had no idea that my uncle was alive. I thought that he was dead. The last time I heard his name was when mother was tied to a tree. "Sky save us. Sweetheart, run." At that point, I closed my eyes and focused on my other senses. All I remembered was laughters and my mother's screams. I opened my eyes only to see my parents holding each other. All I did was say my last goodbyes before taking mother's ring before scattering off.

"Pull over. If you don't care I don't see a reason why you are running." She spoke again.

"I care about me bitch. But fine. I will pull over," I complied," pull over now."

Edward swerved to the left and pulled over. Our bodies moved along with the car.

"Give me a second." I requested before hanging up on her.

"Run." I heard my uncle whisper from Luna's mother's car,"I let them take me so that I can see you."

I ignored his words.

"Here, these are guns I have extra bullets in here. Don't worry to much," I held a small pistol up.

"It isn't much but this situation is not that serious yet." I said before turning to see Luna shaking.

"Try to ensure no deaths. Don't forget the blood contract." I reminded, especially for Luna.

We got of the van ready to meet them. Luna's mother was wearing a bullet proof vest and a black outfit. It was skin tight. The rest were wearing the same except for my uncle, Sky. Though all of us seemed unfazed, Luna was still trying to keep her cool.

"Oh well finally I get to see your beautiful faces," she spoke again,"call me Leah."

"I think I rather call you a lunatic though, it even starts with the same letter as Leah," I taunted,"so tell me what is it that you want these information?"

"Do you know your parents?" My uncle spoke,"do you really know them?"

"Well they were killed when I was young and I wonder who killed them." I glared at the lunatic.

"They are pure blooded just like Edward's family." My uncle explained.

"Uncle-" I was cut off.

"Call me Sky." He cut in.

"Sky, if I am pure blooded they would kill me too," I sighed,"besides, don't your know that we have human ancestors?"

"That doesn't affect. The purest blood have been fully extinct. All that's left is what we still call pure blooded. You were turned from birth." He explained.

"So that's why my parents died..." Edward sighed, "God why didn't they tell me?"

"Because they're dead you idiot." Jackson sighed.

"Now my information?" The lunatic demanded.

"I have no idea. I didn't even know Sky existed." I admitted.

I smelled electricity and suspected a taser was near us. I tapped my feet once and we shot their legs before pulling Sky with us into the caravan and driving off.

I looked at the rear mirror only to see a taser on the floor on one of the men's hand. He had brown curly hair.

I took note of his smell. Strong citrus smell. Rookie mistake. His hair was curly. Skin was fair. Blue eyes. I will never forget him now. I don't intend to. I smelled anger and fear in him as if he did not want to be there.

"Oh god," Sky hugged me,"Thank god you're safe."

I didn't react much. I only growled which scared him. He quickly pulled away.

"She hates physical contact." Edward peeked from the rear mirror.

I dusted my clothes.

"Why are you alive?" I questioned.

"Well, I ran away. What do you think?" He was stunned.

"Why did you run?" I continued to question him.

"Because I didn't want to die." Sky looked more confused than ever,"well, why did you run then?"

"I ran because mother told me to," I sighed, "mother asked for your help but you ran."

At that sentence, two things happened. My friends extended their claws and glared at Sky. And as for Sky, his face turned white. He dare not look at my eyes.

Sky knelt down.

"I admit I was a coward, a bitch. I'm sorry I really am..."He begged,"please forgive me."

"I'm not mad,"I looked at him with doe eyes and spoke in a sweet tone.

"She just have a teeny tiny urge to throw you of the van while it moves." Edward smiled at Sky through the rear mirror.

"Who was that guy?" I questioned.

Since Sky has been held hostage for some time now with the Silver hunters, I would have expected him to have some information.

"Which one?" He asked, still on his knees.

"Citrus cologne." I explained as I took a sit on the couch.

"Taylor. Fit guy. Just a beginner though. He can go places, he could even kill us. His heart just isn't there yet."Sky slowly and cautiously stood up to have a seat.

"Didn't think she said that she allowed you to relax yourself." Jackson's claws were still extended.

I raised my hands slightly indirectly asking him to calm down.

"What about him?" Sky continued to ask.

I smelled fear arising from him as if he knew something may happen. The sour smell of anxiety coming from him was unpleasant. I glanced at Edward through the rear mirror. Edward nodded as if he smelled it, or I presumed so. I noticed Sky's legs. It would not stop shaking. A salty smell of sweat arose.

"The true question is what's wrong with you?" Jackson asked.

I proceeded to turn to Luna for a quick check, only to see her staring at the window. Well, she is for sure certainly traumatised by her own mother I suppose. I turned back to see my uncle rummaging through the drawers.

"What do you want?" I asked, this time more sternly.

I could not trust Sky. Not at all. Not after he failed my parents.

"Son left a piece of note in my pocket." He frantically passed the paper to me.

It wrote: "Sky, Leah placed a micro-chip in your arm so that she can easily locate you. Its on the left wrist. Pry it open and destroy it. Stay safe. I will help you all I can especially your niece. I will always keep promises."

"Taylor wrote this I presume?" I stared at my uncle for a response.

He merely nodded as he rummaged for a knife. I slid a knife to him. We hid all of our knives. We feared to be caught and lose all possessions of potential hope. Over the sink, he slit his wrist open. I made sure Jackson had an eye on him before running to get some bandages to stop the bleeding.

"Your mother isn't the main issue here anymore. Forget about it."I whispered to Luna.

"She isn't a mother of mine. She's a monster." Luna voice cracked.

"Well welcome to the motherless and fatherless club!" Edward commented, "in here we cope with sarcasm. We have plenty of room for you so make yourself feel at home!"

"Oh would shut up?" Jackson added, "you ain't helping." Jackson gave a sarcastic smile.

"Jackson? Aren't our parents best friends?" Luna turned to look at Jackson.

"Yeah, when you told us that the woman on the phone was Leah, I kind of figured that my parents were too, probably hunters." He arched his back to look at Luna, tilting his head he gave a smile of pride.

"And you don't care?" Luna stared at him.

"Hey! They shredded my clothes!" He complained.

"I got it!" Sky threw the micro-chip on the table next to him.

"Ew." Jackson scrunched his face before turning away.

Fresh blood gushed out of Sky's arm. With his flesh exposed like so, he could get an infection. Well, he already had one, I named it 'the cold hearted infection', he did not need another infection. I wrapped the bandage around his arm and tightened it to stop the blood. It flowed constantly like a broken faucet.

"Ow?" He looked and raised his shoulders, "that felt personal."

I stared at him in awe. I only tightened his bandage and he was already complaining

"Uh oh, don't say that," Edward shook his head. Before I could do anything, he spoke again, "Luna and Jackson? Close your eyes." He warned.

Both of them listened to Edward and turned away.

"This is personal." I smiled before pulling the knot of the bandage, hard.

Sky yelped and his legs went weak. He fell to the ground and hit his head on the sink.

"Fuck you." His voice was strained.

"Sorry?" I apologised before tugging on the knot even harder.

"I'm sorry. I really am." He begged, his voice still strained.

He tried to retract his hand back several times but to not avail.

"Weak." Edward shook his head in disappointment.

"He ran away because he feared death. You tell me? He isn't weak. He's just merely a coward." I looked at Edward through the rear mirror.

Edward tilted his head to both sides several times agreeing with what I said. I quickly tied the bandage up well since I was done torturing him.
