chapter 5 new city 'Daddy?' [1]

A few days later at kindergarten weeping of children could be heard both Maya and Zack hugging Ivan were crying. "Don't go Ivan we will miss you!" said the two children while sobbing. "Don't cry I will come back to meet you in future and you both can visit me at city Marq too." said Ivan with teary eyes and hugging the two children while thinking "Damn a child's body is hard to control I'm crying despite being so old."

"Its time to go Ivan." said Olivia as she bowed and thanked the teacher.

"One minute please" said Ivan as he quickly took out two pieces of paper and handed out them to Maya and Zack and hugged them back.

Olivia gently picked up Ivan and patted his back as comforting him as he sobbed and waved to his friends and bade them goodbyes.

After 4 hr long travel they finally arrived at city 'Marq'. At airport after bombarding Olivia carrying Ivan in her arms and Claire beside her feels a wave of emotions after coming back to the capital.

"W're back after such a long time." said Claire while stretching her body. "Indeed" replied Olivia with a slight nod.

"Whoa!! Are we going to live here? There are so many big buildings here." said Ivan beaming with excitement.

"Yeah" replied as both she and Claire chuckled seeing excited Ivan.

"I'll go arrange for a taxi, you guys wait for me here." said Claire as she left .

"Mom I wanna go to restroom." said Ivan as he ran to the bathroom. "Come back quickly and don't run around or you might get lost. ok?!" yelled Olivia softly as she watched Ivan leaving.

After coming out of the restroom Ivan looked around finding his way back to his mother. He walked a few steps when he was stopped by a man wearing sunglasses.

"Hey kid your mom is waiting for you outside she I'm her friend she asked me to pick you up for her.Come I'll take you to your mom." said the stranger with a friendly grin showing his white teeth.

Ivan frowned as he replied "my mom is waiting for me in front of main gate and she said not to go with strangers."

"I'm no stranger kid your mom is really my friend came with me quick." said the stranger impatiently as he tried to grab Ivan.

Ivan quickly avoided him as he yelled "Daddy!!" as he ran in the other direction and held the leg of a man wearing black specs hiding his eyes with silver hair.

A man was standing in the crowd with his silver hair fluttering and his mysterious golden eyes looking at front as if they could see through everything giving him a very handsome appearance his name is Arnold Wolford.

Arnold was returning from his magic information department as he suddenly felt a slight headache as he recalled slight memories of a night 4 years ago. He woke up in his bed and couldn't find his lover sleeping next to him his mood darkened as he looked around and only found a letter beside his pillow saying;

"Dear Arnold,

I'm sorry for leaving like this. I'm sure not seeing me there you will surly try to find me. But please don't look for me its dangerous there I don't want my future family to live in such dangers. I am sorry for breaking your trust like this please forgive me.

Yours O**** "

Suddenly remembering past annoyed him a little as he quickly tried to walk away when he suddenly felt someone tug on on his pants as he heard a child's sweet voice calling "Daddy!!" instead of feeling his usual annoyance he felt his heartbeat quicken and his breath becoming a little messy as he stiffly looked down with a little anticipation and a strange surge of fear.

When he looked down he saw a small kid probably around 4-5 years of age with his big cute mysterious golden eyes looking at him which looked just like his own with bluish black hair with streaks of silver hair hair in between showing insane charm of cuteness .

"Who is this stranger why isn't he leaving?" thought Ivan frowning as he was looking around he saw a man standing in between the crowd despite covering his face and eyes it couldn't hide his handsome appearance. Looking at him Ivan felt his heart beat fasten. Without thinking much Ivan just leapt through the crowd and clung onto him and yelled "Daddy!!" .

Arnold stunned seeing Ivan clinging on his pants as he dumbly said "eh", Ivan quickly said loudly "Dad! that weird uncle keeps telling me to go with him even though I told him that my mom is waiting for me nearby. He keep trying to catch me."; and Ivan quietly whispered "Please help me!"

Arnold is no idiot hearing Ivan asking for help he understood the underlying meaning as he gently picked up small Ivan up in his arms. "What business do you have with my son?" asked Arnold to the stranger dauntingly.

The stranger laughed strangely and said "I'm not suspicious his mom is really my friend waiting outside and asked me to bring him to her."

"Really then tell me what's my mother's name." said Ivan. Stranger's smile froze as he quickly took out his phone and walked away saying an important call but in the end caught by the guard on the order of Arnold.

"Thank you handsome uncle!" said Ivan smiling cutely at Arnold.

"Its alright but where is your mother, why are you wandering here alone?" asked Arnold as he patted Ivan's head.

"Oh! she is waiting for me just around the corner_" as Ivan was answering he heard his mom calling him "Ivan!".

Both Ivan and Arnold turned as they saw Olivia quickly walking towards them. Ivan smiled and quickly ran into Olivia's arms shouting "mom!"

Note : Sorry guys I'm removing the martial stages and system functions as they are hard to describe in future plot. Now system will just be character interface, lottery and shop and exp points can be used to buy them. There will be no martial stages or king or saint realms.
