Episode 21&22

Rita was currently on drip and for the past two days,the competitors had trended on thin ice carefully...

Lara was more than joyful,...Rita wasn't found and everything was coming in place...Enzo would be hers.....

Kelvin and James were walking on the corridor when Enzo sudden appearance startled them...

" Aishhhhh..... goodness my poor heart"

James lamented and patted his chest..

" What do you want"

Kelvin asked Enzo who stared coldly at him,and he looked flustered but still face him head-on,James who couldn't handle their aura just watch silently...

Enzo signed tiredly, making the brothers looked at him in confusion and alert...

" What was he up to "

" Rita,can I see her..... please"

The brothers opened theirs eyes wide like sauce,did he just say please,they looked at themselves and then back towards him.....

They were still hesitating,Enzo knew why they were wary of him....

" Of course who won't be wary of a person who lost his mom and girlfriends on different days and places but all on his birthday"

He thought sadly...

" It's okay if you don't want to"

Enzo turned to leave but kelvin next words halt his steps...

" Fine .....just this once"

Kelvin compromised through gritted teeth,after all he won't try anything funny..

" Thank you"

Enzo replied with a smile and the two brothers stared in daze,but kelvin was the first to snap out of it and glared at him.....

" Don't try anything funny"

He pointed and walked away followed by James,now Enzo was confused.....

" What was that supposed to mean*....

He shrugged his shoulder and followed them.....after the corridor was silent,a youngster licking a lollipop appeared,his eyes looking at the direction the duos went and he smirked lightly.....

" This Enzo was interesting,he had better report to Mr Abel on his new discovery"

He walked away hands in his pocket, moving towards his room....

_________RITA'S ROOM _______

Enzo appearance stunned the couple and Angela who stared at him in confusion and their gaze turned towards the brothers full of questions.....

"He said he wanted to see her"

James quickly broke the tense atmosphere..

" Ohh"

Queen Maya muttered then turned back to caress Rita's hair... sadly,she hadn't waken up after she was rescued....

" It's just that she still unconscious and the doctor says she needs a push in waking up"

Enzo fist clenched tightly as he stared at her injured face,and bandage body....

" Can I"

King Blake looked at him briefly then patted the space on Rita's bed.....his intention was obvious.....

Kelvin frowned but couldn't do anything since his father already given approval,he might as well just watch?but if he did try anything funny he was really going to break his arm....

Enzo walked towards the direction of the bed,sat and took Rita's hand surprising everyone.....

Kelvin made to move but James held him back,and nodded at him to just watch....

He signed ,then folded his hands and turned to look at what he was playing at...

" Her skin was so smooth"

Enzo quickly,cleared his thoughts and bent slightly kissing her fingers, slowly but gently filed with care and attention...

Queen Maya watched with bashful eyes,already screaming inside her head,king Blake just stared at him in disbelief..

" Is he crazy"

Kelvin just sneered....

But his next action made them froze in place...

" Rita"

He called gently and smiled as her name rolled like honey in his mouth..

" Please wake up,your family miss you.... everyone miss you.....queen Maya has been crying and haven't had time rest ,same with king Blake and the rest"

" I know am a stranger.....and not supposed to be saying this but I need you Rita "

He mumbled softly,with the words he said he had indirectly confessed his feelings unknowingly..

"I need you Rita,I haven't thank you for helping me during the competition....so please little one please wake up"

Their was no response and everyone signed sadly,Enzo placed her hand by her side gently and wanted to retreat but Rita's gripped held him still? And he looked at her little movement.. surprised

" Little one"

His change in tone made them look up and it was that time that Rita suddenly gasped sharply greedily trying to breath in,as she tried to remove the oxygen mask..

" Rita"

They all screamed joyfully

" Quick get the doctor "

King Blake ordered emotionally...

" Little one breath "

Enzo ordered her,and Angela and queen Maya patted and helped rubbed her back and chest...

Rita did as instructed and was soon able to regulate her breathing and when the doctor came to check on her she had already fallen asleep.... this time without the help of the mask....

Now everyone was looking at Enzo in a new light except for the brothers who were still suspicious of his motives and we're jealous for the attention he was getting....

__________THE GARDEN ________

Leo and Lara were seriously having an argument both glaring at each other...

" If anything happens to Rita,I won't spare you"

" Oh really"

Lara scoffed

" You better put a leash on her then,but she is gone now there is no need"

" Do you think I won't deal with you for this"

Leo threatened but Lara remain unfazed.

" Go ahead,so you are going to attack me because of an orphan"

" She was mine ,you shouldn't have touched her"

Leo yelled in fury.....

" And she shouldn't have tried to seduce Enzo"

Lara snapped furiously at him....

Three flowers stand away from them,in the garden as well where lux and Bella.

" Whatever you are doing or planning to do ,you should stop it now lux"

Bella gave him a friendly reminder

" And why should I"

" Your going to regret it,that I can promise, because you know how ruthless Enzo can get"

" Then he should never have been born"

Leo fired...

" Because of him,he gats or the spotlight there is higher possibility of him succeeding after father and I the eldest can't even compare to him"

Bella smirked....

" You might be my brother so is Enzo's "

"Oh.....are you playing favouritism now"

" No ,am not but I know Enzo didn't rely on father to get where he is today,but you did so the difference his clear"

" Am seriously going to make him suffer for humiliating me in everything "

" And his that why you raped Talia his second girlfriend to death"

Lux frozed looking at bella In disbelief

" Impossible..... how did.....

" Know.....I have my ways ,or are you going to silence me to keep the truth just like mother helped you in getting rid of some servants"

" Sister how can I....

" Fine you know am still your sister,then here is a piece of advice step down and leave Enzo alone....let nature take it course"

" No,how he could he step down halfway through the competition "

Bella smiled sadly...

Since he had made up his mind ,he could only wait for his downfall as Enzo won't spare him ...
