Lunch with Daniel's Parent

"Hey girl, you ready?!?" Daniel asked Corolla.

"Yeah sure, so what exactly are we doing at your parents house???" She asked, just to be sure, to know what's she's getting herself into. The earlier incident forgotten.

"Just brunch, basically, we're just chilling" Daniel answered.

Corolla nodded her head. They both walked to Daniel's red Ferrari parked outside her house, on the driveway. They drove down to Daniel's parents house, which was on the other side of the city. They talked about work and so many other things. They arrived there quickly because they were already late to the brunch.

Corolla looked at the house with a straight face. Daniel expected her to look at the house in awe, but who was he kidding? And he was also looking at her with an awestruck expression. She's so beautiful. She flipped her hair to the back.

"What?!? Aren't we going in?!?" Corolla said snapping him out of his thoughts.

"Yes Yes, Let's go now" He quickly recovered.

Daniel then ushered her into the house, to the recie and immediately, everyone in the turned to look at them. Nora, Daniel's mother came to them.

"Good afternoon ma'am" Corolla greeted.

"Afternoon my dear, you don't have to be so formal, call me mom. This is your house, so feel comfortable, alright?!?" Nora said to her, trying to make her feel at home.

Corolla nodded and turned to look at Daniel, glaring at him. She wasn't stupid, she knew that normally, his mother wouldn't talk to her like she was dating her son, if someone hadn't instigated her.

"C, come, let me introduce you to everyone here" Daniel said.

He pointed at a red head in the corner of the room as Jack. The girl glaring at her, Raven, she was his mother's best friend's daughter. The other girl smiling at her, Chloe. And after that she tuned the rest of them out. She sat down on the seat they offered her and ate without permission.

"Aunty Em, you can't die, if not I won't forgive you, alright?!? Let's forget about the death talk" King Ayden said almost emotional.

"Okay fine!!!" Emeline replied. She wanted to stand up but Ayden quick pushed her gently back into the bed.

"Aunty, rest and don't get up!!!" Ayden said sternly.

"Young man, I'm older than you so you don't tell me what to do!!"

"Alright aunty?!?" This time, Ayden asked with a sweet smile.

"Fine!!" Emeline fell for that puppy face she said she wouldn't fall for.

"Aunty what happened?!? Is it something that had to do with the food or what?!? I was so worried!!!" Ayden asked.

"It was nothing Ayden" She said.

"Aunty, don't tell me it was nothing"

"Forget about it. Ayden? Where's your wife?!? I don't see her anywhere?!? When are you going to get a wife?!? And give me grandchildren?!?" She pouted, trying to deter him for questioning her further.

"Probably never Aunty. Now, don't try to deviate from the topic Aunty!!" Normally, that would work, but it didn't now. Emeline sighed.

"Fine, I need you to get a woman named Corolla Fanners. Find her and bring her here, tell her, Emeline wants to see her. Please Ayden, bring her as soon as you see her, alright?!?" She said anxiously.

"Aunt Ems, what's going on?!? That name sounds familiar. Do you have her picture or any identification?!?" He asked because there might not be a lot of Corolla Fanners, he still didn't want to get the fake one and endanger his aunt in any way.

"Well, she is popular and she looks like me" Ayden took a step back in shock.

"What?!? She looks like you?!? How?!? Did you have a daughter, Aunt Emeline?!?" Ayden asked the questions in a rush.

"No she's not my daughter but my niece" Emeline said with a faraway look in her eyes.

"Niece?!? I didn't even know you had a sister!!" Ayden said in shock.

"Just bring her Ayden!" She ask in a pleading voice.

"Okay Aunt Ems, I do not know who you're talking about!!! The most richest business woman?!?" He asked as he remembers the interview that they were watching. He stood up and started pacing.
