Eli Shan stood in disbelief to encounter another human being within his universe. But what shocked him even more was that, even with his consciousness heightened by the power of the universe, he couldn't perceive the face of the person.

His consciousness could see that a human being was sitting in the depths of the cave, but he couldn't see who it was.

Puzzled by his inability to discern the person's features despite his newfound strength, Eli Shan hesitated. "Could this individual be the owner of this cave? Should I intrude without his permission?" he pondered aloud.

Then, he realized that now he was the master of this universe, why should he afraid of someone else?

Even if the figure in the depths possessed formidable strength, that Eli Shan couldn't defeat even with the help of this universe power under his control, at least he could run right?

He could leave this universe at his will and no one can stop him.

With that in mind, Eli Shan summoned the boundless power of the universe and took a step forward.

In an instant, an ominous force descended from the sky, shrouding Eli Shan in its dark embrace.

The intensity of this power was so overwhelming that Eli Shan felt a transformation occurring within him as if he had ascended to the realm of a true god! He felt that with a wave of his hand, he could effortlessly annihilate planets and entire worlds.

The sheer might of this newfound power left Eli Shan exhilarated. Excitement surged within him as he thought, "Could I truly attain such unimaginable strength through my own abilities?"

As Eli Shan pressed on, the dark aura clanged into him, moving together with every step of Eli Shan. With a confident gaze, he made his way toward the depth of the cave.

As he observed the surroundings, he felt this cave was alone bigger than the Tianxia Empire. But for someone who has the power of the universe, this distance was nothing.

On the way, he felt something strange in the atmosphere. It was hard to sense for a normal person, but his sense that has been heightened thousands of times by the power of the universe could vaguely feel that there was something wrong with the flow of time here.

At first, he thought it was an illusion, but as he made his way deeper, he felt that time was not even flowing even more.

This mystery left him in a state of bewilderment. "What's happening? Is it possible for time to be stopped?".

His footsteps echoed in the temporal silence as he continued his journey, thoughts swirling with unanswered questions. Unconsciously, while finding answers to these questions, he reached the deepest part and stood near the figure that his consciousness felt before.

As Eli Shan's eyes fell upon the figure seated on the massive stone, they widened with astonishment, and a singular thought echoed in his mind: "Am I dreaming?"

His gaze lingered on the captivating figure, surrounded by an ethereal glow that seemed to emanate from her very presence. Despite the absence of any tangible aura, the air around her seemed to spark with an otherworldly energy.

Yeah, it was the figure of a young beautiful girl, wearing a resplendent red gown, sitting crossed legs on stone. Her fair, slender skin, veiled by the flowing red dress, imparted an almost ethereal beauty, akin to a delicate flower in bloom. The innocence radiating from her closed eyes, paired with her petite nose and lips, painted the portrait of an angel descended upon the mortal realm.

Eli Shan, mesmerized by her beauty, momentarily lost himself in a daze.

He couldn't help it though– this girl, seemingly no older than eighteen, surpassed any beauty he had ever imagined. Eli Shan used to think of himself as the most handsome creature, but after looking at the beautiful girl before him, he finally removed this thought.

This girl was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen!

Suddenly, as Eli Shan was lost in the beauty, the enchanting girl gently opened her beautiful eyes, and something happened that had never happened to Eli Shan before. The surroundings around him seemed to dissolve into insignificance as Eli Shan's attention became fixated on her beautiful expressive eyes coupled with her silver-white hair flowing around her body.

Realizing he had been looking too long at her, Eli Shan redirected his gaze, tearing himself away from the captivating sight. The girl, however, questioned him with curiosity, "Who are you? How can you come inside?"

Caught off guard, Eli Shan was about to reveal his newfound status as the master of the universe, but he controlled his emotions, recollecting his thoughts.

Suppressing his emotions, he met with her gaze without showing any interest in her. "I am just a passerby. I saw this cave and entered here. I apologize if I disturbed you. I will take my leave."

With a decisive turn, Eli Shan began to make his way out of the cave. However, his departure was halted when the girl's words reached his ears, sparking his curiosity, "I was imprisoned in this cave by the master, except him, no one could come here or go outside. How did you come inside?"

Eli Shan found himself at a crossroads, grappling with confusion. Did this girl know the master of the universe, or was she referring to a different, unknown master? Recalling his previous understanding that only the master of the universe could access the cave, Eli Shan felt a sense of perplexity.

Seeking clarification, Eli cautiously inquired, "By master, what do you mean?"

The girl responded with a hint of confusion, "Master is master, what is the meaning behind it?"

Eli Shan found himself at a loss, uncertain whether to laugh or cry at her answer. Puzzled, he asked, "Why did your master imprison you in this cave?"

She explained, "Because I couldn't control my power and destroyed something precious to the master. So, the master punished me to stay here and control my power until someone comes and takes me outside of this cave."

Eli Shan felt that her master was a random person, how could this weak-looking girl destroy something precious to the universe master? But still, he was not sure about it, because how could anyone other than the universe master come inside? Or maybe... his master was the master of this cave?

Gazing at her innocent face, Eli Shan couldn't help but feel a sense of empathy. "Do you want to go outside?" he asked.

The girl nodded, "Master said I can leave this place as long as I can control my power."

Eli Shan smiled, relieved that an evil cultivator hadn't crossed her path, otherwise, she would have trusted him too, right?

He nodded in agreement, "What is your name?"

"I am Xie Meng."

"Oh, I am Eli Shan, nice to meet you here."
