Chapter 39
“Hey, Galen.”
Dion’s voice startled Galen, and he quickly focused on his boyfriend. “Yeah.”
“What do you think about pizza?”
“Sounds great. Do you have any preference?” Galen inquired while he and Dion walked past several restaurants and diners.
“Not at all.”
In the end, the two of them entered the first pizza place they encountered after passing by some other eateries. They ordered a few slices of pizza that had different toppings on them, some chicken wings, and a large portion of potato wedges. They ate slowly while they conversed quietly with each other. The pizza place was really crowded so the noise level was rather deafening. Fortunately, not all of the tables were occupied so Galen didn’t feel guilty about him and Dion staying at their table long after their meal was over and done with.
