Chapter 2 - This Festival is Amazing

I saw her at the corner of my eyes falling back and I reacted on instinct, reached out my hand to pull her towards me.

Her hair come undone , exposing her long hair.

From a distance I saw another guy passing through the garden.I hope no one saw this.

Heiji : ( Takes a step back ) I apologize for taking such an action.

Kaine : No,no it's ok , that was clumsy of me . Thank you for that save though. (nervously laughs).I almost ruined my dress.

Alice : I see you have met each other....

Both Kaine and Heiji get startled and look at Alice.

Kaine and Heiji : Alice you are here !

Kaine : Ah ! You changed clothes ?( walks up to her)

Drew: We happen to bump into each other and we decided to change her clothes.

Alleyson : Hello ,I'm Alleyson and I helped her with another dress. ( sticks out hand to greet Kaine).

Kaine : ( Shakes hands with Alleyson) My , what a friendly little sister you have, Drew Mundi I presume?

Drew : Yes I am Drew , who are these two people next to you?

Alleyson : I will be by the fountain big brother (runs to the fountain).

Kaine : This is my friend and my servant Alice.

Drew : Did you say "friend"? , Kaine such a thing in public is -

Alice : Hey! You just helped her friend , she does not judge people statuses.

Heiji : Alice drop it, he's going to say you talked back.

Alice : I don't care Heiji ! (stomps her foot)

Drew : Well your friend Heiji seems to understand, now your role servant !!

Kerem : Enough , Drew you can't be like this infront of your future fiance.

Kaine : Wait are you one of the boys , I have yet to meet ?

Kerem: You've met too soon , I apologize for my younger brother's behavior ( looks at Drew ) . Drew we got to go now , Alleyson let's go...

They all walk away and head to the entrance of the festival.

Alice : Wow ,he showed his true colors just now .

Heiji : We could go to the festival now.

Alice : So strange , he knew your name Heiji, how come?

Heiji : I have no clue, I just met the guy.

Kaine : If he is the boy I have to meet , why did he suddenly change personality?

Alice: Oh forget about him , let's go to the festival!

Heiji : Yes, please let's go .

As they all make their way to the festival, they see many dances and food stalls. Couples together walking side by side.

Alice : Alois should be here soon, come on Kaine we should go eat.Heiji quit looking around and encourage her to eat.

Heiji : I forgot I came here alone and left my siblings to my mom.

Alice : You are already here ,they will arrive here with Alois I hope.

Kaine : I didn't know you had siblings...how many ?

( looks at Heiji with a smile )

Heiji : I have four siblings ,I am the middle child so to say.How about you Lady Kaine ; siblings do you have ?

Kaine : I have three siblings, I'm the second child.

Alice: I don't see you guys eating , Nevermind I brought the food to you . ( Hands in food to both)

Drew then sees Kaine and walks to her and takes her by the hand.

Kaine : My food !! ( sees the food fall to the ground ) Wait just a minute !! ( slaps Drew's hand away).

You just made me drop delicious food my friend brought too me .

Drew : Sorry I couldn't bare to see you eating with them all with your hands .

Kaine : You have some nerve ,if you are one of the boys I have to meet soon -

Drew : What if I am ? Huh?! You need me ..your family is in trouble.

Kaine : Trouble? What trouble? You don't even -

Drew : I expected you to be considerate of my help.Join me to eat better food .

Kaine : I don't know you very well, please leave me alone.

Alois : Lady Kaine where's my sister ?

Kaine : Alois ?

Drew : Mind your own business servant!!

Alois : Lady Kaine is my Master they are looking for her .

Alice : There you are Alois , oh you found Kaine ...( looks at her hand ). Where did your food go?

Heiji : I could go for food if you want .

Drew : I will take my leave. ( walks away)

Marialie: Kaine I saw that you were yelling.

Kaine : Oh that's because he dropped my food ,and it looked so good too.

As Drew leaves the crowds of peasants.He sees her smile with them enjoying the food and the people around her.

Drew: This Festival is misleading ,the people are disgusting too.

Alleyson: Why would you say that brother? It's yummy food here.( munching on food ).

Drew : You too, eating food of peasants.

Kerem: I never imagined you being so disgusted by the peasants. You live and breathe with them .

Drew : I have my own reasons, I'm leaving, you guys could stay in this stupid festival.

Kerem: He's really angry , where else would you want to go Alleyson?

Alleyson: Anywhere is fun , let's go.

As the sun sets for the evening, the people gather to see the firecrackers at night.In the center are the firecrackers display.Most of the people of the kingdom are there , poor or rich they are together.

Kaine : I'm glad I came here today. To think I was going to skip this.

Alice : I don't see Alois anywhere, oh no Alois you are missing it.

Meanwhile with Drew at his house. Drew wakes up due to the noise and sees blood on his hands and on the floors.

Drew : Woah ,what happened here? ( stares at his hands and quickly goes to wash them off). I need to change too.
