Woken Up

I slowly start to wake and look around the Bar to see only two others.

"Damn I really did drink to much." I say as I get a massive headache.

"Are you okay sir." A waitress asks approaching me.

"I'm fine, so how much do I owe you."I say getting some coins from my pocket.

"That would be five silver coins for everything." She say.

I give the coins and walk out of the inn towards the lower half of the city. The city is a great place and all but so few people leave very far from it. I wonder if sometimes they realize how big this wood really is.

The moon is shining bright onto the streets with puddles from the rain earlier. I see a piece of a reflection from someone in a puddle.are they following me. I turn down the first alleyway and and turn around to see no one. I pull my bow from over my shoulder revealing it my the magic seal to hide it on my back. The bow was made from the world tree. It cannot be broken and the magic that runs through it would kill anyone who wasn't able to allow the current to exit. I had every stat maxed so I didn't need to worry about it. The bow was pitch black with silver veins running through it. The string was almost invisible because it was the string of one of Apollo's bows. My black cloak was made to block all types of magic.

I propel myself upwards above the building pulling the string to see a magic arrow of red appear. I see a person on the building watching me as I go up and come back down landing on the brick roof. The city was densely packed with building with money of the buildings roofs only about a foot apart. I look at them as they look at me.

"Is there a reason why your following me." I say.

"If you ready must know." They say walking forward elegantly allowing their hood to fall back revealing her long black hair.

"I want help to take revenge on some people who betrayed me." She says only a few inches from my face as I lower my bow.

"Why me exactly." I ask as she back up a little.

"Because I my master told me of a person called Delian that saved his life once." She said.

"How do you know my real name" I say noticing how pale she is.

"My master was Nick Cloughing." She says.

"Sorry but I don't work for him.I don't do work like that anymore." I say.

"I can pay you afterwards." She says smiling.

"Unless it's in money I don't care." I say making it clear.

"I can give you land and fifty gold coins." She says.

"Okay now I'm listening what's the situation" I ask as she turns around.

"We should talk in some place more private." She says turning her head to look at me.

We had found a little inn at the top half of the city. We closed everything to make sure the only light that came in was from the fireplace. I sat down placing my bow next to my chair as she sits at the edge of the bed looking at me.

"Okay the situation is this. I am miss Rose of the moon clan of vampires." She says leaning in a little.

"So your one of weaker clans is that right." I say immediately noticing how she was clearly mad of me calling her clan weak.

"Indeed we are not the strongest but our master kept us safe in his mansion in the dark woods. But as of two months ago we were at attacked my the bloodlust clan and they killed everyone almost. Our master was killed saving me and another." She says going into thought.

"So you want me to go there and kill them all and get your mansion back." I say questioning it.

"No, I want you to kill everyone in that clan. I want your help to murder them all." She says angrily.

"As long as I'm payed I don't care if it was the holy kingdom themselves madam." I says seeing the slight shock on her face.

"Thank you, Thank you so much." She says as she appears right in front of me.

"The sun is coming up. It's best we both sleep today and leave tonight as soon as possible." I say as she grabs my arm pulling me with her.

We lied in bed for a few minutes before falling asleep after the long night.

I woke as the sun was setting. This world was so beautiful especially with a view like this. As the last piece of sunlight vanished in the distance Rose woke up from the bed stretching.

"It's time to go" I say while getting ready to leave.

"Okay give me just a minute." She said.

We left the city after a few minutes and started to travel on the main west road. We made our way through a small patch of forest and entered onto a grass field that led to the dark forest.

"I should take the lead considering I know where the mansion is." She says as we take off.

She seemed shocked that I'm keeping up so easily but looks ahead as we begin to enter the forest. We slow down and I pull my bow over as we walk on a small trail. We come to strange part of the path that just ends.

"we need to go to the right." She says already walking.

A small piece of silver flies through the air as I shoot a arrow hitting it midair. It would of hit her in the neck if I hadn't noticed.

"We need to move." I say as three individuals appear in front of rose. I sprit forward shooting more arrows than I could count.

She jumps backwards getting behind me as the vampires try to block my arrows with their swords. The three of them fall to the ground however due to the massive amount of arrows in the chest.

"They where just a patrol." Rose says as place my hand forward.

"Bring forty those who serve their lord after death. Weird the void as I wield the bow." I say chanting it.

Four black circles form on the ground as four being to hold in the middle of each. They are completely black with a small white neon circle in the middle of their chests. They looked like shadows they way they took their form. They each held a bow in the hand with arrows forming from their bodies.

"Summon the kings guards that protect him from the void. Like the king of swords I'll all who come near." I say chanting.

This time ten of the Void beings are summoned wielding swords instead of bows. They kneel before me waiting for my orders.

"Bow men take to the trees and clear the enemies ahead outside. Five of you swordsmen protect rose. You five follow me." I say while they take to their orders.

"What is this magic. This should be only for the strongest of mages but aren't you a archer." Rose says while coming up to me.

"I am a bit of everything but archer is my main tool." I say taking off following the trail towards the mansion. I see bodies in the trees and the trail. It's good to see they haven't lost their skills with a bow.

A clearing opens up revealing a massive mansion. Slow down to walk allowing a dark magic circle to form behind me. Ten vampire holding knives walk out from the front door.

"You must be pretty good to get past my sentries human." The main vampire say.

"I would hope so. I did once Wield the title of king of kings." I say calmly pulling the string of my bow.

"Nice try but only two being have ever held that title and both are dead." Thanks main vampire says.

"I am sorry to say but I am very much allow. Let me prove it to you lowlifes." I say as the magic circle behind me sends fifty arrows towards them.

I kill two of the them but the rest were fast enough to dodge. The shadow swordsmen I summoned appeared from my shadow attacking two vampires who got behind me, killing them in seconds. I release the arrow in the string while walking forward. The arrow flies through the vampires as they drop dead around me while I walk by. I raise my hand right before the arrows hits the last one in between the eyes. all the bodies lie to my left and right behind me.

"What are you even. This magic, in a bow, who are you." He says shaking.

I put my hand down and the arrow goes through him like it never stopped midair.

I enter into the mansion shooting three more arrows that go through the mansion. I take a seat as I hear the thuds of falling bodies. Rose arrives entering inside the mansion looking at me.

"You couldn't leave any for me." She says.

"Please. Revenge is too sweet how could I deny it for you." I say as two of my swordsmen bring a vampire from behind a door.

His pushed down to his knees.

"Take this sword and end it." I say handing her a rapier sword.

She takes the sword walking toward the vampire as his gagged trying to beg for his life. The sword goes through him making him puff into ashes.

"What kind of sword is this."She ask looking at it.

"I sword that kills its enemies with a single scratch adding the life that being could have had to your own life force." I say.

"Thank you. Thank you for everything." She says as a small tear drips from her eye.
