Every Heaven Cone Nail corresponded to one of the heads of Xiang Liu. Together, using the power of the universe, they shackled down Xiang Liu and kept him bound to Black and White Island eternally."

This knowledge about the Heaven Cone Nails of Black and White Island could not have been known by outsiders. Wen Leyang himself had only learned about the nine attributes out of coincidence.
