Chapter 24

Jason's P.O.V.

It was 8 am when Hera and I finally laid down to sleep. I couldn't sleep. I can't believe I was just intimate with the last of the Amazons. This blew me away, but what blew me away was that the Moon Goddess made her my mate.

Three months ago when Cakes introduced us to "The Devils Den" in New York City, we were just supposed to be there for surveillance. The first night we walked in there, I saw her. Six feet tall, slim but muscular for a woman with long curly blonde hair down to her perfect ass with the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. Her scent smelled of sugar canes and honey. But I could also smell cherries on her from the Queen of the Witches. It was known that she smelled of the sweetest cherries. A smell no one could ever forget once you caught it.

"Mate!" Sabin said to me.

"No!" I said to him.

"Well she is." He said. We followed Cakes to the bar where Hera was serving drinks with a beautiful succubus.

"What's your poison?" Hera asked me over the music. Her hand was touching mine and I felt the sparks between us.

"What is the best drink you have?" I asked her trying to overcome the feeling of pulling her close to kiss her.

"We make the best absinthe." Hera said as she poured me a cup. Our hands touch again as I pay her for the drink. I couldn't help but blush. But something tells me that she could feel it too.

After that, Gary, Cakes, and I returned every weekend to do some more surveillance. But I was also watching her. Her smile as she would clown with her big sister. Her scent driving me crazy.

Thursday afternoon, when I saw her in Miguel's room, she kept blushing at me. I had a feeling that Gary told her what she meant to me. But I was so afraid of getting rejected. After they went back to New York, I got a text message from a strange number. It was her! We were so happy as we talked.

Last night, she became more and more comfortable as she drank bottle after bottle of absinthe. After we walked back to the main building, we took Sophia with us. I knew that Amazon's didn't sleep with men unless they were ready to have a child so Sophia being in the middle was going to help her become comfortable with me.

"I've never been with a man, only women." She said to me at the club.

"I won't force you if you are not ready." I said to Hera. But in the privacy of my room, she chose to explore me, my body, and how to please each other. After the first round with Sophia, we continued to make love.

I finally understood how Miguel and Gary felt. Sex is more passionate and intense with your mate. It doesn't come close to it with other people. The way her juices tasted, how she smiled at me after we came together. Everything I experienced with her; I didn't want her to leave.

"I can't cum anymore papi!" I hear Lilith say as their bedroom is over mine. I couldn't help but laugh. I finish smoking my joint before getting up.

I get up to take a shower and get ready to finish the arrangements for the Luna ceremony tomorrow night. And I also wanted to check on the boys that Lilith helped out. When I walk out of the bathroom, I find both Sophia and Hera still asleep.

I go into my closet and pick out my outfit of the day. I didn't want to be too serious so I picked out one of my Pandera shirts with some blue jeans and a pair of white sneakers to wear. I get dress but before I walk out, I kiss Hera gently on her lips without waking her up.

I walk out to the dining room to find Miguel eating breakfast. I'm pretty sure he wore out Lilith. He was dressed casual as well. He smiled at me as I grab a bagel with cream cheese and some bacon. I sit next to him.

"Amazonian huh?" Miguel said smiling. I looked at him and continued to eat my bagel.

"Crazy morning huh?" Gary said as he walks in wearing the same outfit. We both started laughing.

"So she's your mate?" Miguel asked me flashing me a smile. I drank my orange juice.

"Yes. We have to go check on the boys. It's not fair to leave it up to the women." I said to Miguel and Gary.

"I know. That's why I didn't go to sleep." Miguel said before drinking his orange juice.

"I will catch up. Let me take a shower and change." Gary said as he grabbed his food to head upstairs. Miguel and I got up put our dishes in the sink and headed out to the single male's building.

"What did you do to our poor Luna Miguel? I heard her in my room." I said to him as we headed out of the packhouse and walked towards the single males building. He flashed me a big smile.

"I gave her what she wanted. I let her be my naughty girl." He said.

"Really?" I said to him. He didn't smell of blood.

"She lets me touch her brown button." Miguel said smiling.

"Bro! She lets you put that big thing in that spot?!" I said surprised.

"Yeah! It surprised me too. I never thought she would be down for that. I was happy with the foreplay. But she said she could take the pain. I didn't want to at first but she seduced me." Miguel said.

"Are you ready to be a husband?" I asked him.

"Of course. I've waited too long for this. I'm grateful to the Moon Goddess that she chose her to make me happy." Miguel said.

When we got to the building, the boys were already up, eating, and ready for the day. We took them to the training grounds to test their abilities. They were all over 13 except for the youngest Manuel. He was 12 years old.

Miguel, Gary, and I first tested their abilities in their wolf forms and then in their human forms. Time flew by fast before we knew it, it was 2 o'clock and hunger started to set in.

We took them back to the cafeteria in the male's single building and ate with them. The warriors were surprised that we were there. Miguel was being a good father and I don't think he could see it. After everything that his father put him through, it nice to see that he didn't let it cloud his heart.
