We must fix a mess that we created. Presley wasn’t talking to any of us after what happened. We also filled in Markus, Kaxon, and Mason on what happened and the truth.

/"Damn,/" Mason said as we sat there at the bakery.

/"It’s not like we knew everything. Look at how Presley acted,/" Kaxon reasoned.

/"Yeah, but it didn’t give us the right to interfere,/" I said.

We sat there and sighed. Yep, we’re tools.

I saw Eliza in the hallway at school and strolled over to her.

/"Hey,/" I greeted Eliza.

/"Hey,/" Eliza said.

/"Are you okay?/" I asked.

Eliza nodded.

/"Did you want to have coffee with me?/" I asked.

Eliza looked at me and furrowed her brows.

/"You don’t have to if you don’t want,/" I mentioned.

/"I guess coffee is okay,/" Eliza said as we went to a coffee shop.
