/"Hurry,/" I yelled as I walked by the bedrooms as everyone grabbed their bags. If we delayed our leaving, Pops would kill us.

/"Chill, you’re starting to sound like Pops,/" Parker remarked. He came downstairs, followed by Selena and Shaun.

/"Then you explain to him and everyone else why we’re late and missed the devil twins and Kaxon’s graduation,/" I said. Parker rolled his eyes at me.

I locked up the door after everyone was out. We walked out to the car and put the rest of the bags inside. Our cousins waited along with the girls.

We got into the car, and I backed out of the driveway. I dropped Shaun off at the place he was staying at since he was working this summer. We didn’t tell him about helping him pay for school. Shaun wouldn’t accept our help, feeling like it was charity.
