I Had A Good Time

I woke up the following day with a massive smile on my face. Last night with Nate was terrific because he made our date unforgettable. Ugh, I hated that the date ended.

The phone rang, and my mom answered it. Then she knocked on my door.

/"Come in!/" I spoke.

She opened the door. /"The phone is for you./" She handed me the phone, and I took it. She left, closing the door behind her.

/"Hello?/"

Hey. I had a fantastic time last night.

/"I did, too./"

What are you doing?

/"I’m lying in my bed while still in my PJs./"

Oh?

/"Get your mind out of the gutter./" I rolled my eyes.

Nate chuckled. Does that mean you’re being lazy today?

/"It depends./"

On what?

/"If someone persuaded me not to be lazy, or they could come over, and we could be lazy together./"

Or someone could come over here, and we could cuddle while having a movie marathon.
