I got a call from Payton. He told me what happened to Britt and confirm our suspicions with that dipshit, Travis. I called Markus and Matthew and told them what happened. They said they would be over. I waited, and someone knocked at the door. I opened it to find Markus standing there.

/"Where’s Matthew?/" I asked.

/"Beats me. Matthew said he was going to see Payton./" Markus shrugged. I pushed him away from the door, and we got into my car, then we went looking for Shaun.

It took us a while, but we found Shaun on a bench and hammered.

/"Hey, guys, did you meet my best friend, Jack?/" Shaun asked.

/"Damn, he’s snookered,/" Markus mentioned as I rolled my eyes at him.

I looked at Shaun, and he looked like hell. He’s bruised, bloody, and his cast cracked. Shaun stood up. Well, he swayed as he waved the bottle of Jack Daniels around in the air.
