A Halloween date

Tonight, was the night I’m taking Selena out on an actual date. I took her to a haunted house that was at a carnival. My brothers and parents tagged along since they were going to the carnival too. Figures.

I informed them all not to interfere. My family informed me it might not be possible. I swear my family was going to drive me nuts.

We pulled up to the carnival, and as soon as we got there, I dragged Selena away.

/"Parker!/" She squealed as I held her hand while pulling her behind me.

/"The quicker we’re out of the view, the quicker they can’t find us,/" I reasoned as she agreed with me and kept up with me.

I held onto her hand. I loved how her hand fit into mine. She didn’t make a big deal about it, making me thankful for that. She went with it.
