#Chapter454
A homecoming Chapter, part two: all hell breaks loose
Parker
Homecoming arrived, and Selena wasn’t talking to me. Every time I tried to speak to her, she would ignore me. My brothers tried to talk to her, but Selena refused to listen to them. I didn’t understand why she went with Shaun, of all people?
Since my brothers were going to homecoming, I went to the bakery. I didn’t need to watch someone I hate to take someone I cared about to homecoming.
I walked into the bakery to find grandpa and Nana waiting on people. When they finished up, I stepped up to the counter.
/"Hey, Park,/" grandpa greeted me.
/"Hey,/" I said as I looked at the case of desserts.
/"Shouldn’t you be getting ready for homecoming?/" He asked me.
/"I’m not going,/" I shrugged.
I heard someone say, /"He’s not going because he isn’t going with giggles./"
I turned to see Payton waltz in and gave him an annoyed look.
