#Chapter272
Hanging out
Lex
Over the past few days, I hung out with Piper getting to know her as Dad advised. What seemed like a crush changed? I didn’t have a crush on her anymore. I fell in love with her.
I had known her since we were toddlers when her parents moved next door to me. But she hung out with my sisters. I’m amazed they didn’t corrupt her, knowing them.
Today was the last day of summer break, and we hit the beach. I was still cautious with her. What if I made a move, and she rejected me? I don’t want to ruin what we have so far. I couldn’t help but think of those full lips, beautiful brown eyes, silky hair, curves, her, um, assets. Well, shit.
/"Lex, hurry up and stop jerking off, will ya?/" Larkin asked.
I need to gag Larkin. Maybe if I shove a pastry in her mouth, it will shut her the hell up.
/"Go eat another pastry, Larkin, you pain in the ass,/" I said at my door.
