Christmas arrived, and our senior year was flying by. Nash and I were closer than ever, including the rest of the Gray family. Life with the Grays became second nature, except that it took little for me to become a family member. I bickered like a sibling, which I became excellent.

/"Nah, nah, nah, you can’t catch me./" Nolan gave me a raspberry.

I chased him for stealing another bra. /"Want to bet?/"

/"I bet you five bucks she catches him,/" Nixon told Nash.

They stood in Nash’s doorway, watching us.

/"I’ll take that bet,/" Nash said.

/"What’s going on?/" Nathan asked.

/"Maggie will give little brother a beating for taking her bra,/" Nixon said.

/"I have five on Maggie,/" Nathan said.

I tackled Nolan, punched him in the stomach, and yanked my bra out of his hand.

/"That was harsh,/" Nolan said.
