"Are you alright?" Hana asked as she entered the room to find Sora in deep thought, Sora looked at her for a moment before nodding.

"Just thinking back to a mistake I made in the past... by the way, you have been talking in your sleep lately, who is Abel?" Sora asked changing the subject, Hana froze hearing Sora's question, deep pain, and regret filled her eyes for a split second, before she smiled, she wanted to make up a story but how could she keep anything from Sora? coming over to Sora, she lay on the bed while thinking of the past

"do you believe in reincarnation?" Hana asked softly, stunning Sora for some time before he nodded slightly while looking at her with a confused look.

"Well, lately I have been having dreams which I believe of the past life. I don't want to talk about it, I'm going to sleep..." Hana said softly as she rolled up and covered herself with a blanket, Sora was quiet for a moment while looking at her for a moment, before he sighed and went to cultivate and breakthrough to the Iron rank,

He was already near a breakthrough, So, after a few hours he did finally reach level 1 Iron rank, a grayish aura covered Sora, making Sora sigh softly while looking at this. he was finally at level 1 iron rank. so he went on to firstly look at his new ability for the Iron rank, [The God OF Undead] for the Iron rank gave him a schooling ability,

[Undead Eater]- Absorb the undead under your control, and pick one skill you want them. when gaining skills through this, they would not be placed in the normal skill slots, instead, they would be placed in Undead Skill slots, which could hold up to +5 skills per rank. note that the ability will not be weakened.

This ability also speeds up cultivations, the more undead you absorb, the stronger you shall become. your mind, soul, and body shall be strengthened to a greater degree until a breakthrough.

meanwhile, [Undead Storage] allowed Sora to now store up to 100 undead, with such high improvements, Sora was of course stunned at his great capability.

well, the next day soon came, and every student got ready for the battle part of the exam, the exam was quite simple, they were going to be sent into a battle arena where they would face off against another student, and the winner moves on to the next round. their parents would of course come to watch the battle,

one doesn't have to win, interest in how well one does in the battle would determine if one could enter middle school. you could lose in the first match and still enter middle school, well, the battle soon started,

"you seem distracted. what's wrong?" Hana asked while looking at the battle which was currently taking place down below.

"something is off," Sora said softly while looking at the crowd, with his ability to sense the lifeforce, he could sense that there were many none humans here, and some were dead. Hana smiled slightly, thinking Sora was nervous,

'He noticed me?' Sora thought while looking at an old woman, who was looking at him with a smile, this woman was the strangest person here, but he couldn't put a finger on it. Sighing softly, his flies flew all over the kingdom and found nothing. he was forced to stop as his name was called for the next battle.

So, he went to the stage where he faced off against a young man who was about 11 years old, with long silver hair, he looked charming in the silver armor he had on. He sized Sora up and down before raising his shield towards him with a serious look.

as soon as the battle began, he stepped forward, and with a flash, he appeared before Sora and swung his sword toward him. but with a flash, a skeleton appeared before Sora with a sword in its hands, blocking the attack,

"you have a boss monster as an undead? impressive." He said with a smile as she shot backward, he looked at the skeleton, which was the boss of the undead skeleton undead, it was at level 1 Iron rank,

"sharp eyes," Sora said blankly as the skeleton shot forward and used one of its abilities, [Undead Summon], and from the ground, 10 skeletons at level 8 to 10 copper rank were summoned, the silver-haired man was forced to fall back with every blow, he was only at level 10 copper rank, so he was currently suffering.

"that ability [Silver Night] Is interesting," Sora said softly seeing how this guy could hold his own for so long, [Silver Night] was a D rank ability, this young man was known as Gin, and was ranked 2nd to be the most likely to win the tournament, but in the end, he was defeated.

"damn.... good might," Gin said with a slight nod towards Sora as he got off the ground, he understood Sora was going easy on him, and no deadly blows were launched towards him, instead he was pushed off the stage.

Sora simply nodded at him, and the person over watching the match announced him as the winner. as the crowd cheered, Sora looked up towards his parents who were cheering the loudest, smiling slightly, he turned to leave, but as he turned, an explosion came from the top of the crowd.

At the same time, people suddenly stood up and pulled out some swords and began slaughtering those around them, and ran all over the place, causing chaos. Sora seeing this was stunned before he shot toward Hana, it didn't take long for the teachers to act, and battles began taking part.

"Hana let's get to safety," Sora said seeing Hana was also rushing towards him, Hana hesitated slightly at Sora's words before shaking her head.

"you get to safety, I need to find mom and dad." She said seriously, but Sora shook his head at her words, he wouldn't let her go alone. Hana was annoyed slightly seeing Sora refusing to leave, but just as she was about to speak, something slammed into the wall in between them. the two froze before looking towards the wall, and there they saw someone in a wolf body suit laying there

"the wolf knight?" Hana said in shock, this was one of the strongest knights within the kingdom, a diamond rank expert, yet he was defeated. but she sighed in relief seeing him getting himself out of the wall like it was nothing,

"you two should get to safety, a tourist group is attacking," the Wolf Knight Said in a deep voice while looking ahead of him, at a charming woman. Sora and Hana looked toward where the knight was looking and was stunned to see what they saw.

"Mom?" Hana's heart dropped seeing Diana, Diana smiled sweetly while looking at Sora. with a palm to the side of her cheek, she tilted her head slightly.

"oh my, it seems like you all found my little secret. darling, I can't be the only one, how about you stop hiding who you are?" Diana said with a smile while looking at the Wolf Night, who removed his helmet, revealing the look of confusion, rage, disappointment, and regret in his eyes,

Hana froze while looking at this, she slowly began putting things together, but she didn't want to believe it. that would mean her whole life was a lie.

"you only married dad to get close to the strongest man in the kingdom?" She asked softly, Diana's cute smile remained as she nodded slightly.

"finding out who was behind the armor was hard, but from there it was simple. right now, you shouldn't be able to show even 10% of your strength, so what would the mighty knight do? throw everything away to save the people, or run away with his children." Diana asked with a cold smile as a white crystal-like aura surrounded her, showing she was at the Diamond rank,

"was everything a game?" Sora asked softly, Diana looked at Sora for a moment, before she shook her head.

"you two are my children, and you two are what made me hold off this attack for so many years... but now you are grown," She said with a soft sigh,

"leave... I will buy you two sometime." Levi said softly while stepping forward, Hana gritted her teeth while throwing a hateful glare at Diana, before she rushed off, grabbing Sora and picking up after making his weight weaken, and using her [Gravity Control] they flew off, it was like she was falling straight forward.

"Are you willing to kill your children?" Levi asked coldly, Diana looked at Hana and Sora leaving before she laughed slightly at Levi's words.

"How could I kill my children? As for you... cheating is something which can be punished by death." She said softly as flames slowly covered her body, forming the outline of a phoenix, Levi's eyes shrank seeing the phoenix, and with that, he knew who was attacking.

not everyone was happy with how kingdoms took the diamond-rank dungeons all to themselves, some, for example, the Phoenix was a terrorist group that sought to overthrow every kingdom and take every diamond-rank dungeon, this planet was not the only one carrying life, if one looked outside onto the nearby planets, they could see cities and other stuff built by humans.

this got humans confused for many years on how humans could exist on a planet they had never been to before. of course, for someone like Levi, he knew why. thousands of years ago, the human race lived within a galaxy called the milky way galaxy, but it was destroyed and to save the humans, powerful experts sent humans all over the universe

So, within most star systems, there was a chance one could find humans or humans have appeared in the past but were dead as they couldn't survive there. those on this planet were of course those who managed to survive and built everything up to the current stations

The Phoenix terrorist group got its name because of how a phoenix can raise again after its downfall. people like Diana believed that all humans should be united and grow to conquer every planet near them, before moving to nearby star systems, if not, then when the damager which almost killed the human race long ago appear once more, what could they do with their current stat?

"your group is mad," Levi said with a dark face, sure they had mighty dreams, but there is some stuff that couldn't be rushed, and they pushed for war and never thought of anything else.

"mad? what you think is mad, is what we think to be the only way. you can forget about backup, the other diamond rank experts have been killed or being held back... but then again, there is one." Diana said softly as her flames gathered at her palm, but she swung backward, sending the ball of flame crashing into the principal who had suddenly appeared and sent her flying.

"How could I forget the person who you slept with," Diana said with a sigh, the principal, looked coldly at Diana, as dragon scales slowly gathered on her body...

Sora and Hana left the school and rushed towards their house, which had an underground place to hide if they ever need to. but Hana quickly came to a stop as she looked at the old woman who had suddenly appeared before them. Hana felt danger while looking at this woman.

"I have been wanting to see my grandchildren for the longest. In Diana's thousands of years of living, I have been pretty much begging her to give me grandchildren." She said as she walked up to the two of them, leaving Sora and Hana stunned for a moment,

"W-what do you want?" Hana asked while trying to shield Sora, who was trying to shield her, annoying Hana. couldn't this fool see, that she was trying to protect him? but their grandmother laughed while seeing this,

"I'm not some monster who goes around killing my grandchildren. sadly your grandfather isn't here, he is busy trying to kill the king... anyways, which one of you wants to replace the king?" She suddenly asked stunning the two

"These old bones of mine are not good to lead anything, your mother can't be trusted with such a task, and the two of you have growth-type abilities, your talents are perfect for her plans." She said with a smile,

"what plans?" Sora asked before Hana got the chance to turn her down, making Hana speechless, but that did seem to be the best question. their grandma smiled slightly before she went on to give them a speech amount how humans once belonged to the galaxy known as the milky way galaxy, she went on to tell them about their plans, and why she needed them to lead.

"what do you say? the human race was almost destroyed thousands of years ago, now we need to rebuild the human race to not only reach its former strength but go a step above it. we don't know if something would destroy the galaxy we are in, so we need to start conquering and start clearing dungeons." She said with a smile, leaving the two quiet for some time as they looked at each other,

they supported her, a growth-type ability is just what the human race needs they also believed her as they have been having the same question for many years now, how were there humans on other planets? If the two of them work together then indeed they should be able to bring the human race up to its former glory.

"what do you think sister?" Sora asked softly, he now believed his sister was the MC of this story, overpowered his parents, and was now put in a position that would force her mindset to change, and not forgetting her ability which came with an endless amount of possibility.

"... I will pick whatever you pick," Hana said softly,
