Ten ways to play munupoly

Tom smiled back at Josh and replied, "Mn, that's right. Are you ready?" He asked as he gently placed the car on Oriental Avenue.

"Yes, yes!" Called out Tom happily "Them since the blue card is a hundred to start…" he mumbled to himself whilst thinking. After a moment he collected his thoughts and a sparkle appeared in his eyes, "Recently we did some major renovation on this street so unfortunate it's more pricey than before."

"Then would a hundred and eighty be enough to cover the manual worker cost?" Responded Tom.

"Yes, but we can't go over the cost of a hundred and fifty. Final offer." Replied Josh as he smacked his little thigh with his small hand gently.

"No, no. I cant go lower than a hundred sixty. Final offer. How can you not pay the poor people properly." Retorted Tom as he shook his head dramatically.

His words convinced Josh who nodded at the point that was made, "Hmm, you're right… but even still, we can still pay them even if we get less. Final final offer, I can't go less than one hundred and fifty six." He said in a stern tone.

"Hmm… final final final offer one hundred and fifty eight. It's a good bargain, don't you like bargains, you cant refuse." Replied Tom with a sense of finality.

"You're right good deals are very attractively. Mummy says they're good and that if you can then you should go for them. Since you said it's a good deal… then I guess I'll take it." Replied Josh with a confused and defeated expression on his face.

Tom then forked around his pile of Munupoly cash and brought out one hundred and fifty eight in cash. He then handed it to Josh who put it in the box carefully and rummaged around and pulled out a card at random, the card read Pacific Avenue.

He then handed the card deed to Tom who stared at it for a second with a questioning look on his face before he extended his hand and gently took the card from his friend.

Tom once again looked at the card with a quizzical look on his face but then shrugged it off and dropped it next to his pile of cash.

"It's your turn again now." Said Tom as he pushed the dice across the board slightly towards Josh.

"Mhm!" Responded Josh as he licked both dice up with his small hands, he then cupped his hands together and shook them to mix up the dice. He let one dice hit the board and then the other, the first to stop read three, and the second to stop read three as well. "Hmm, so three spaces three times?" Asked Josh to himself as he counted out the squares, "One, two, three… One, two, three… and one, two and three…" he said as his finger landed on Illinois Avenue.

Josh then dragged his mr doggy over to Illinois Avenue and dropped him off at the square. "Woah this one's really pricey too! It's more pricey than both the others combined!" He cried out in surprise.

"Hmm? No it's actually more cheap than the two combined but it's more pricey than the other two separately." Tom replied as he looked over at Josh.

"Oh it is?" He questioned as he turned and looked over at Tom.

"Yeah." Said Tom as he nodded his head slowly.

"Well anyways," Said Josh as he turned back around and looked back at the game board, then back at Tom, "You have to be the banking person again. What do you think, what do you think?" Josh asked with a wide smile on his face.

"Mhm, yes. Then, hmm," pondered Tom as he thought of his next argument, "I've got it!" He cried as his eyes glistened in the light, "The original pricey was two hundred and forty, but it's really very sad and recently the sewage overflowed in the streets and so the street price fell to a hundred and ninety." Stated Tom with a mock expression of sympathy on his face.

"Oh no…" cried out Josh with a sad look on his face, "Well, uhm…" he murmured as he tired to think of what to do about it. "Well, uhm, what if I sold the houses to swimmers, then the price wouldn't have to get low because of the flooding!" He cried out with a proud look on his face. "Then it might increase because, uhm… oh, yeah because loads of famous swimmers might come and recruit the other swimmers or something!" Josh said with a bright smile plastered onto his face.

"Oh, you're right." Replied Tom with a look of surprise and slight admiration. "That's so cool, how'd you think of that?" He asked as he fiddled with his fingers.

Josh looked at Tom and answered him, "Well mummy took me to some swimming lessons lately and I thought of that, so yeah." He then pointed at the square, "Then how much is the cost now? Maybe around two hundred and seventy?" He asked Tom with a questioning look.

"No I think of it gets famous maybe it could increase in price and be more like three hundred and ten. But since as a banker person I can't offer you such good deals, I can only go as high as two hundred and ninety one." Tom stated with a firm nod of his head as he crossed his small arms.

"No can do, if that's so then the most lowered that I can go is two hundred and ninety five. I won't be as cheated!" Called out Josh as he rummaged around his pile of cash and pulled out two hundred and ninety five in cash.

"Hey, but we haven't decided the price yet…!" Complained Tom as Josh stretched out the hand he used to hold all the cash in towards Tom.

"Take it or leave it!" Josh replied with a smirk on his face."
