9pm. Ida Labs. West of Black Lock City.

Part 1

________

On this windy evening, Wilson pulls up in a limo.

He could see the Industrial Guards and Super Soldier's standing guard around the facility. Heavily armored combat vehicles wrapped around this large, grey facility tucked in right in the middle of Black Lock City.

The ceilings were high and the windows were tinted.

Wilson's heart was racing for anything could go wrong. He had one more chance. One more chance to prove he could do what he said he could.

He looks nervously at his hands. Twirling his thumbs around each other as he takes deep and slow breaths.

That's when Mason put a hand on his father's. Wilson looks up in comfort and nods softly. The blue lights inside the limo and black leather seats felt off.

This limo was huge. Very huge. You could stand up and walk around inside to go get a drink from the other side or even use the bathroom when needed. The bedrooms were to the left just 1 minute down the hall inside the vehicle.

Wilson looks outside the window for they had pulled up near the back. He could see an Industrial Guard making his way towards the limo.

His advanced weapon in hand and mask covering this man's face. His armor was made thick and heavy. His goggles lit up green with a black hood that covered his entire head. The whole time Wilson stared at the Energy Based weapon this Guard carried.

A weapon that never ran out of ammunition and could obliterate anything the energy touches. Like an explosion bomb shooting out of a gun.

The doors of the limo lift up and Wilson looks up at the guard who was a lot taller than expected.

"Step out!" The guard demanded.

Standing by the tall, steel door was Addison. Next to her was the governor. Five Super Soldiers on either side of them and 10 Industrial Guards blocking each of the two exits of the building.

Wilson does as said.

He straightens his coat and nodded to all of them.

"This way..." The Industrial Guard held his hand out for Wilson to go.

Wilson could see the regret in Addison's eyes as he approached her. She didn't even blink. She stood guard at the door with her hands in front of her and legs slightly spread as she looked Wilson and Mason up and down.

Four Guards walk behind Wilson and his son as the one leading them walked ahead of them.

"Welcome to Ida Labs, Dr. Wilson. Prototype One is waiting at your service inside where she will be tested one more time. I'm Mr. Gavin. Nice to have you here, sir." The governor holds his hand out.

Wilson nods and shakes it willingly, hoping to already be on his good side.

"A pleasure to meet you, Gavin. Shall we?" Wilson asks.

Addison turns to the door just as Gavin does.

"We shall."

Gavin steps to the door. A scanner shooting down a scanning beam covering Gavin's entire body.

As it began flashing green the doors to the facility shoot up as quickly and smoothly as ever.

"Follow me," Gavin says.

Mason, Addison, and Wilson do so.

"Wilson?" Gavin's deep and scratchy voice pierced Wilson's ears. Like a sharp pain, Wilson was feeling when he walked.

"Yes sir?"

"Tell me more... about this prototype you have. We know she is a cyborg. And she is living. Getting her cybernetic parts to function seemed to be the issue with you, right?" Gavin asked.

Wilson noticed how Gavin walked so propped. How his back was so straight. His arms behind his back and didn't even move. His face was wrinkly and tuxedo ever so pressed.

They walk into this hallway.

Mason couldn't help but stare. Stare at the large human tubes.

Humans floating in water with tubes stuck to their mouths. People of all sizes. Tall, short, boy, girl. These were test subjects. Unconscious and unable to fight for their own will.

The water was a light blue. So many of them. Almost seemed to never be ending.

"The metal she holds as her legs and arms are fused with an Ophelia. The cells of this creature are then boiled with the metal creating what I call Omniet. A Metal with that of an Ophelia. Ophelias connect with their host using the brain and since it's mixed in with the metal and connected to a human body, she should be able to control the Ophelia's cells as if it was her own." Wilson goes into explaining.

Gavin seemed to not give a fuck. His expression was still the same as they reach two large doors that began vaporizing like a broken force field.

A highly advanced door system that is only used in high tech and testing facilities in various countries such as New America they live in right now.

As they enter this room, Mason stops in his tracks.

His heart pounding as he looks around nervously. More of these things. These test subjects floating in a pocket of water hooked up to some kind of machine. These pockets and human tubes of water sitting on top of each other stacked to the ceiling. a large circular room of nothing but test subjects.

Gavin continues through this room where another pair of double doors sit in front of them.

"Don't be so frightened, Mr. Mason. These are people willing to sacrifice their lives for the sake of New America. All signed a paper to be cloned and injected for war," Gavin says.

Mason swallows and continued behind his father.

That's when Mason realized Gavin was creating an army. War Machines. So impressive yet scary.

As the doors vaporized a doctor stands awaiting them.

"Governor Gavin! Testing is starting in 2 minutes. Made it just in time." A doctor says.

He writes something on his clipboard

Four Industrial Guards on one side and five Super Soldiers on the other. Each one is armed and ready. Wilson looks ahead to see five mechanics tightening screws on the cyborg.

She was strapped down again. Two wires as requested attached to the back of her neck. Her head down and arms strapped.

Wilson shakes his head.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Take those from around her ankles and wrist! Startling her can cause damage!" Wilson says.

The mechanics look at him crazy before looking back at each other.

The one kneeling down nods softly and begins to do so.

"We are ready when you are, sir!" Commander Jefferson says. Jefferson being the lead crew member of this facility. Who keeps track of every patient in this building.

As Gavin stands there, Wilson looks around. He could feel the the coldness of the room. The tense energy coming from all these people. They all look at her. People get in position. 13 feet away from this cyborg. Wilson crosses his fingers in his pockets and looks down terrified.

His face was hot.

"Testing in 3... 2... 1..." The man pulls the lever.

A jolt of electricity shoots into the back of her neck. She jumps a little. The jump startled everyone. Wilson closed his eyes at the sight.

His heart pounding.

"It worked..." Wilson heard.

He looks up. A doctor in all white stands before the cyborg. Her head slowly lifting as Wilson's eyes widen.

Gavin smiles a little. Out of the corner of Wilson's eyes, he could see Addison staring Wilson up and down as if he'd done something truly amazing in which he has.

"You are prototype one. If you can hear me, give me a thumbs up..." the doctor says.

Wilson looks at the confusion in her eyes. But her eyes are different. Not the same Baby blue he has seen 3 weeks ago. Her eyes were dark blue. An evil blue.

As she scans the room, she locked eyes with Wilson.

Her eyes then changed to baby blue. Like LED lights in a teenager's room.

"Prototype One? If you can hear me, give me a thumbs up." The doctor moved closer to her.

She looks at him. As she locked eyes with him her eyes turn dark blue again. She lifts her arm giving a thumbs up.

Gavin takes a deep breath.

"Very well, Wilson. Commander Coast Guard has offered you 300 million for her. I'll have my bank assistants send the money to your account." Gavin says not even taking his eyes off the machine.

Wilson looks down. Rather than happy he seemed scared.

Gavin raises his voice.

"LOCK ER' UP! GET HER TO VENICE INSTANTLY!" Gavin demands.

All 10 scientists and doctors run over to her. Wilson turns to walk with Gavin but just as one of the doctors tries to strap the bracelet on her wrist, she reversed it latching it onto his wrist within half a second. They could hear her hand grip onto his wrist like someone slamming the palm of their hand on a wood table.

The sound wave sent everyone into shock from how fast it was. It happened so quickly the doctor completely disregarding his wrist being snapped in half like a large carrot.

The doctor looks up in fear. This cyborg had locked her vision on him.

"PROTOTYPE ONE! STAND DOWN!" Addison demands. This cyborg didn't take her eyes off the doctor.

Slowly from the bottom of the pupil to the top of the pupil, her eyes slowly began turning red.

He could see the white italic metal of her lower jaw turning a bright red like blood staining a white sheet of paper.

Both Industrial Guards and Super Soldiers get into shooting stance. The free doctors take off in the opposite direction as Gavin stands guard as if he were gonna fight her.

"STAND DOWN! DON'T SHOOT HER!" Wilson screams.

Wilson's heart begins to race. Tears begin forming in his eyes as Mason gets to the ground covering his head in case they begin to shoot.

Gavin and Wilson could hear their guns powering up.

A high-pitched noise getting higher and higher as the tip of their weapons got brighter and brighter.

"Last chance, Prototype One!" Gavin says. He stands there in between all 20 of the combat gods.

The cyborg's neck shot up instantly as she locked eye contact with all of them including Gavin.

Her eyes were completely red now.
