The Cold North

Wen Jin inspect the city water reservoir at the edge of the wind corridor forest, there are some water spring on the mountain near the bronze mine, he instructed to pipe the water into reachable location as water reserve. Sui Lang oversee the water reserve operations since he was the city's deity protector, he will make sure there is no shortage of water!

It's aura were suppressing even a mid level spiritualist and spirit beast alike. Wen Ping black vortex also let out a seven feet blue glowing head, the snow crown cobra snake has evolved into Ice Crown King Cobra! The head was rising with attacking stance and a blue glow, the aura was freezing the air on 100 meter radius, low level spirit beast would freeze to death and mid level will froze on the spot if the king cobra let out a full extent of it!

"Good! Let's go this afternoon, prepare your self we are going to hike to the north!" Wen Jin.

They have exactly five days before Wen Siang come home with her part of the problem, they would need able man to settle the coercion, if there was going to be any!

Six ants champions would be traveling with them far north, and Hongfa. Tiangou and Jingwei would be holding the fort, and Sahuang was tasked to protect the two newborn baby and Junlong. They would be hiking on foot and the six ants would be on outer parameter to traps spirit beast, two teams of regular hunter also tagged along, hunting good spirit beast could help Wen Tjong's vicious hall to replenish the family power.

The hunting party start to hike from the shrieking willows forest, the hunting partly would mostly get their beast within the forest, many area was full of undead and evil aura.

They walked deeper and deeper to the forest, several beast was captured by cornering them with numbers, the Wen family used a special crystal cage to capture spirit beast, it was a cheap version of Hongfa cages, this crystal cage barely hold a deity class spirit beast!

The first monster they caught was a pack of Dark Wind Saber Wolves, they manage to trap and box them they are quite formidable partner, with fast attacking speed one of the average spirit battle beast, the wind saber wolf was a common spirit beast roaming the outer central plains, but the dark element was a thin demonic blood that the wolf gain by consuming many preys with undead element in their body. Raising the wolf combative power above average from the normal kind! With several of the wolf pack, the first hunting group went back first.

They move further into the foothills of the black ice mountain, many spirit beast was more aware of their presents conceal themselves, they can detect the eerie aura that the spiritualist let out, even when Wen Jin, Wen Su, Wen Ping and Hongfa concealing theirs. Their number also made them a threats, a hunting party usually consist of ten people, there are currently fourteen people on the group. "Brrrhhh!" A set of rocks was falling off the cliff, seven giants hunk of rocks emerges from the side of the mountain face jumping in front of them!

"Rock titans!" The head of the hunting party backing away!

The rock titan was a thousand years old rock that would find their consciousness just like a newborn babies, but make no mistakes they were listed on a high rank list of the battle spirit beast! "Blam!" A giant fist of rocks hitting off to a start as they came charging the hunting party!

"Earth Guardian!" Wen Jin cast several earth golem, which only two meter tall. The Rock titan height was three and half meter tall, the earth golem was only so much of a hinder since they only last three hits from the rock titans before losing their consistency and crumble down!

"Xiao Shi!" The giant rui shi jumped out from the black portal, his whole body was almost cover by golden furs, as a sign of peak initial level ready to break into deitified existence!

"Hop! Break! Boom!" The rui shi moved with swift jumping somersaulting the rock titans one by one and pushing them till they balance was tipped off and falls down! The earth golem begin to holding them down in falling down conditions!

Wen Jin quickly flew up, mustering level 7 celestial energy to his fist, "Celestial Crush!" The rock titans was pressed into the ground hard but not enough to bring them into control. Again Wen Jin jumped from where he just landed "Celestial Crush!" This time adding a level 8 celestial energy to his fist! Something cracked! "Brusss! Crack!" The rock titan was nearly squashed and being control!

"Quick catch them!" Wen Jin instructed the hunting party leader, who was very fast in response!

As each one of the rock titan was tumbled down by the agile Xiao Shu and later crushed in submissions by Wen Jin, they was bagged inside the hunting party crystal cages. Seven crystal cages was glowing at the end of the event, it was a very good bounty!

At the side of the cliff they found a steel claws eagle nest, using a teleport skill Wen Jin manage to grab three out of five eggs! And fulfilled the hunting quota, the last hunting party gone home with happy faced, this time the six ants also escorting them home until they are safely out from the Shrieking Willows, as Wen Jin instructed the seven rock titans would be sent to the Wen's family vicious hall as tribute, as the others would be sold in the usual manners.

"It's getting cold! We are on the foot of black ice mountain!" Hongfa looking at the surrounding terrains after walking towards the mountain.

"Wait here for tonight! I will need to asked permission from Xuanwu and asked something!" Wen Jin instructed Hongfa, Wen Su and Wen Ping to built a camp.

"There!" Hongfa pointed a big set of rock! "The wind is chilly that place is covered well by the giant rock!"

Wen Jin went towards the Xuanwu temple and teleported!

Inside the temple Xuanwu was distracted of a strong celestial energy, he sent a telepathic message in recognize of the celestial energy signature!

"You may enter! Hahaha!" Wen Jin appeared cupping his hand and bowing his head "Xuanwu!"

"What brought you here?" Xuanwu speaks in casual tone.

"There is two cause, one was to get permission to find my brothers some good spirit beast partners, and i have been appointed as the manager of the northern family land, i come to asked you about a place that was called an underground garden." Wen Jin.

"Hmm! A good partner, how many do you need?" Xuanwu.

"Two and no more no less!" Wen Jin.

"There is two troublesome quarter deity over halfway to the rocky mountain to the east! There is a cave there, the cave was a passage way for spiritual beast but recently it has been a traps for the poor beast that went inside! You can catch them, it would be saving me a lot of trouble, i just about to asked someone to handle them for me! But you are here, so it was fate! Hahaha!" Xuanwu.

"I will try to help you as it would benefit me also! But regarding the garden.." Wen Jin.

"Finish catching the trouble maker pair! And i will tell you the garden information as a reward, and also how to deal with something inside that place!" Xuanwu.

"Very well Xuanwu, please wait for my return!" Wen Jin.

"Here! Take this for you!" Xuanwu give Wen Jin a metal token "This token would allowed you to bypass my barrier and enter this temple with ease, I'll bet the temple shield drained some of your celestial energy!" Xuanwu.

"Thank you!" Wen Jin bowed his head and go back to the camp.

The shield was so strong it almost drain half of his celestial energy, the shield was a celestial mechanism so only celestial and deities able to come in, that is why the area was never able to be breach by ordinary humans, your energy will be depleted and automatically sent you out if you fainted! A very strong heavenly runic formation embed inside the shield!)
