At this time, Nicolas could feel the anxiety in the air even from his mother. Though he is confident that the water from the stream and that seed will be able to restore his mother soul strength and allow his siblings to perform the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony.

But at this time, he couldn't help but feel anxious too, but he still keep his hope up and think positive base on his own encounter.

And he believe that if the water and seed could restore a decayed spirit root which does not have any prior occurrence in history, then it will help restore his mother soul strength that has many occurrence and also the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony and they will rightfully begin the journey in becoming strong in the world that is only ruled by the strong and hold the weak as slaves.

Trying not to show how anxious she is, Chloe cleared her throat and said to Nicolas, "since everyone is ready, you can bring out the sacred water."

With all eye set on him, Nicolas took out the water flask from his waistbelt and pour it into the three small containers that are place on the stone table in the middle of the living room.

Immediately he opened it and the fragrance escape the water flask filling the whole place with rejuvenating air that wash away every fatigue and tiredness. The four spirit beast cubs look intensely at the water flask eagerly.

 "This is not for you to drink." Nicolas said to the cub after seeing their expression to the water in the flask. And as if they understand Nicolas, they turned their face away from the water reluctantly.

"Wow, this spirit beast cubs are so cute." Tabitha exclaimed, it was at this time that she and Barnabas noticed the four spirit beast cubs that are close to Nicolas. They didn't see them before and because Chloe omitted it while recounting the things that Nicolas told her, they seem to not notice their presence in the room.

"Where are they from, are they also from the sacred garden?" Tabitha said, while looking at the spirit beast cub so intently that the cubs had to hide behind Nicolas legs to avoid her gaze.

It took all her willpower not to stand up immediately from where she's sitting to pick one of the cubs into her embrace if not all.

Chloe cleared her throat calling everyone attention back to the matter on the table, causing Tabitha to remove her gaze from the spirit beast cubs. At this time, Nicolas already poured the sacred water into the cup for them with three seeds, the same amount as he swallowed.

Each one of them pick a cup and drank the water along with the seed, but then something unimaginable happened. After swallowing the first seed, the remaining two seeds stick to the buttom of the cup as if having their own consciousness.

Everyone was surprise because of this scenario that came into play, never have they thought they will experience something of such where a seed will stick to the buttom of a cup no matter how they shake it and won't budge from the buttom where it stick to.

Chloe drop the container and look around to realise that she's not the only one that have that situation and it seem like even are two children are into the same situation.

After brooding about it for a shot while, she came into the conclusion that probably they can only take in one seed. After coming to this assumption, she decide to test it out by returning the container to Nicolas for him to return the seed into the water flask.

And immediately he open the water flask to turn the seed into it, the seeds slide from the bottom of the container into the water flask effortlessly, making Chloe assumption true.

"I guess, we can only take in one seed." Chloe said, while Tabitha and Barnabas also return their cup to him.

"Weird" Tabitha commented.

"Don't waste too much time brooding over things you don't have control over and take action on the ones you can control" Chloe chide her, "don't waste this great opportunity by wasting such an invaluable resources with your non-challant attitude towards things.

Tabitha controlled herself while Barnabas followed alongside and sit in meditation as they concentrate on what is going on inside of them at the moment.

Right now, Nicolas sat with the spirit beast cubs looking at his mother and his two siblings to see the transformation that will happen to them and not long after a change begin to occur.

The first person to show any reaction is Barnabas. Probably due to the fact that he is currently 12 years old, the ideal age to perform the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony and his spirit root is still tender and most sensitive at the moment causing the sacred water and seed to have a quick reaction and cause visible effect.

On his body, came out black fluid with awful odour that his body is excretes, from the crown of his head to his toes – any part that the black fluid can use to pass out is been utilized at this moment as if there's something that is giving them a hot chase and they can't wait to escape the dread that is facing them at the moment.

Nicolas wonder what his going on within him, maybe it is the same thing as what happened to him. But he is actually far from the truth, inside of Barnabas, transformation is going but it is not as drastic has what happen to Nicolas.

In the base of his lower abdomen where his spirit root is located, unlike the decayed spirit root that is within Nicolas, what is in the abdomen of Barnabas is a tiny seed no different from the sacred seed that he swallowed alongside the sacred water.

The sacred water passes through his veins and meridians, lighting up everywhere as it pass, expelling every impurities in his system and strengthen every part that the sacred water pass through, refining his meridians and his bones, transforming them to become very strong and smooth.

Before all accumulating at the base of his lower abdomen around the tiny seed in his abdomen that serves as spirit root.

Right now, both his spirit seed and the sacred seed are both emitting strong light in the form of pulse that resonate with each other and his heartbeat being the third pulse, attracting both side to each other with the sacred water surrounding the two seed.

The pulse continues and the speed gradually increase and three pulse become two as the pulse being emitted by the two seed has become one though the two seed as not joined together, they already become very close with only a tiny gap between them.

Gradually the pulse of the seed and of his heartbeat become one and the pulse become so strong that it felt like someone beating a war drum that resonate throughout the cave and inside of him, the sacred seed become threads of light that joined the tiny seed while the tiny seed begins to grow bigger from being the size of a grain and continue to grow bigger as the sacred continue to join with the seed gradually.

It didn't take long before the sacred seed and the Barnabas spirit seed to become one and big as a new born child fist. At this time, the pulse that was beating loudly as already die down but was follows it is an audible crack which not only jolt Nicolas but even Barnabas himself has some reaction to the crack.

Nicolas relaxed and thought that the same thing that occur to him is what Barnabas is currently going through and he is not worried and become more expectant.

Barnabas on the other hand concentrate on what is currently going on within him, and while the crack continue, becoming more frequent and audible, he remain still and continue to observes and after the crack is completed, it disintegrated into particles of light living behind a mature tree instead of Spirit root like what it should be for every beginner.

Surprised at this, he looked closely at the tree that is currently made up of blinding pure light, but this light did not affect Barnabas from looking closing and with that after a while I was able to see a seed in between the trunks of the tree where the branches connected.

He guess that this must be the sacred seed and at this time, the light emitting from the tree as covered the whole of inside of him and even escape from his pores and transmitting outside his body covering his entirely and making him become a light being.

Nicolas looked surprise, because he didn't recollect something like this happening to him, which left him more expectant at the outcome of this transformation.

After some time, the light recedes revealing Barnabas who has become a transformed being, not much as Nicolas but he is not the same as he was before.
