Chapter 28

My golem continued on its path with slow steps. I needed time to strategize. As much as I wanted just to run in there and crush them with my wood constructs, I knew they weren't indestructible.

A powerful shinobi could set it ablaze and I would need to spend more chakra healing the damages as well as putting out the flames.

That was the best way to beat me, tiring me out. If they had the numbers that I believed they had, they sure as hell would be able to try.

As I made plans for the worst-case scenarios, I felt three familiar chakra signatures approaching me at jonin-level speeds. I didn't even turn around as they landed on the head of my wood golem.

"Wow, ain't this something special! I'm loving the dragon scarf you got going on here, real creative!"

I facepalmed as I turned to face the three Konoha jonins.

"You're late."

"You're alive ain't ya, stop being a downer and tell me if I can get one of these for myself!"

Fucking Anko.

I had met the woman once after one of the clan head meetings. Apparently, she had something to report to the Hokage. It was a short meeting, barely worth mentioning, but in those few minutes, I got a feel for her personality.

She was as eccentric as she was annoying, as deadly as she was beautiful, and generally gave no fucks about respecting others. The Hokage is one of the only exceptions.

"You're a real piece of work, Anko." The glasses-wearing tokubetsu jonin glared.

"And you're a real virgin cuck, Ebisu." Anko stuck her tongue out at the man. Ebisu reeling back at the crass language. "So, what will it be, brat?"

"Hey, Tenzo-sensei." I ignored her, focusing my attention on the man whom I had spent a great deal of time training with.

"I'm here as Yamato, don't mess it up again." He warned me, showing his scary face that I had come to find more funny than scary.

"My fault. Hey, Yamato-sensei."

"It's good to see you, Lei." His face changed to a warm smile, at least as warm as he could make it.

"Stop ignoring me, brat." Anko grinned, wrapping her arm around my head and pressing my face against her breasts. "What do I gotta do for one of these bad boys?"

I looked up at her, giving her a 'Are you dumb' face. I couldn't just give her a golem. I mean I could technically but she wouldn't have control over it like I do. It's pretty much no different from a wood clone. It can function without my orders and transfer its senses to me, but would it listen to her?

No, I should ask if I would listen to her.

As she continued pressing my face into her breasts, I realized that yes, yes I would most definitely listen to her.

"Where would you keep it?" I asked non-committedly, my voice muffled by her tits. Her grin grew in size as let go of me.

"Training Ground 44, where else."

Ah. If I gave her this golem, she was gonna have it in the Forest of Death as some sort of natural disaster applicants had to avoid at all costs.

…Which was a really good thing for me.

"Sure you can have this one once we're done." I nodded as if I didn't care.

"Yes!" She jumped and I couldn't help but watch as her practically naked breasts bounced with her. My teenage hormones were kicking in overdrive, early puberty fucking sucks.

"I shall name you Yuto!" She patted the head of the golem. I gave it a mental order and it gave a gruff hum in response. "Ha! You love your name don't you, Yuto." Honestly not a bad name.

Anko reached into her cleavage and pulled out a dango stick. "If you're a good boy you can have one, and only one." I shivered slightly at the ferocity in her voice over some fucking dumplings.

This was perfect. A wood golem of my creation running around during the exams. It didn't require any of my power to keep active, running off of the natural energy around it, and considering the amount of greenery and living creatures in the Forest of Death, I don't think I have to worry about it running out.

Such a thing would provide a huge advantage for not only my team, and the others, but dealing with Orochimaru if he decided to sneak into the exams again. It's insane that I didn't even need to make it during the exam. Instead, Anko willingly wanted one.

"So, whatcha up to little Senju?" Anko asked me. I snapped out of my thoughts as I met her curious gaze.

"The Kiri rebels took up the mission to assassinate the bridge builder. Considering our mission is to protect him…"

"Yeah, that does sound like a major fuckfest. So you're bringing the fire to those water jutsu-loving bastards?" She hummed. The tone didn't make it sound like a question, so I didn't answer her.

"You know how many there are and their ranks?" Ebisu questioned, pushing up his glasses.

"No. I know they have a large number of mercenaries working for them and that one of the businessmen may be a missing Kiri nin." I explained and all the jonin devoured the information with hardened focus.

"Have you come into contact with any of them yet?" Tenz- Yamato-sensei asked.

"We did. There were two jonin I couldn't identify as well as a chunin. The last two jonin were Ao of the Byakugan and Zabuza Momochi, the Demon of the Mist and wielder of the Executioner Blade."

All three of their eyes narrowed at those names.

"Where are they?"

"Everyone but the chunin is dead." I shrugged, their shocked faces putting a smile on my lips.

"Kakashi is strong, but he's not strong enough to take out those two at the same time. Throw in two more Kiri jonin… you and those girls huh?" Yamato-sensei asked, getting a nod from me.

"You killed a jonin!?" Anko shouted, pointing at me. "You're just a little squirt whose balls haven't even dropped."

I deadpanned at her. They did drop, not that it was any of her business. Yet.

"No, I didn't kill a jonin." I frowned at her for the rude accusation. Internally smiling at the confusion that showed on their faces. "I killed two jonin."

"Did this golem-" Ebisu was cut off by a soft slap to the back of the head from Anko.

The woman glared at him. *cough* "Did Yuto have anything to do with that?"

"Yeah. I fought Ao one one-on-one for a while before making…" The warning look on Anko's face told me she'd slap me if I didn't say his given name. "...this golem." I blocked the slap she sent my way and gave her an unimpressed frown.

I was no one's bitch. I wasn't gonna let her walk all over me like she does Ebisu.

"You killed Ao?" Yamato-sensei asked, stepping between us and defusing the situation, even though it wasn't all that serious.

"Yeah, him and one of the masked ones. Naruko and Satsuki killed the other masked jonin. Kakashi killed Zabuza, and I let the chunin walk."

Yamato-sensei's eyes narrowed at my words. "I see. We'll talk about that last part later. For now, it seems like we're here."

Indeed we were. We looked down from my golem's head to see the mercenaries looking back up at us. There were hundreds of them at least, confusion and fear marring their features.

"I got this." I steeled my features and waved my hand through the air. The jonin just shrugged, taking a step back. The wood dragon wrapped around the golem's body moved towards the mercenaries.

"Prepare for combat!" One of them, perhaps the leader, yelled.

Idiot, I'd deal with him first.

I started infusing my chakra causing a second head to grow on the wood dragon. Its body split itself until there were ten dragons, their bodies in the sand as their heads rose high above their prey.

'Go.' I mentally ordered and forward they went. The leader raised his blade to try and clash with one of the dragons but it exploded on impact, wiping at least fifty mercenaries off the map.

My eyes scanned the beach. I didn't see any civilians here. If the mercenaries really would take women here sometimes I needed to be careful not to catch any in the crossfire.

I sent the rest of the dragons forward. The mercenaries realized fighting wasn't an option and tried to escape. The explosions marked their deaths.

'Wood Release: Wood-Dragon Jutsu'

Another dragon formed around the golem and again I repeated the process, all while drawing in the natural energy the golem had absorbed.

Within minutes all of the mercenaries were dead or dying and the beach looked like a warzone. Littered with charred craters and bloody body parts.

My kill count had gone from zero to two to several hundred…all in eight hours. I couldn't even feel proud of this. Nor did I feel bad. I was merely disgusted by the gory sight in front of me.

"Hardcore, Mr. Senju." Anko grinned, hopping off from the golem and walking the bloody beach.

Huh, the name has a nice ring to it. We'll call it that. The Bloody Beach. It is my property after all…Useless thoughts to get my mind off of the carnage I caused.

The golem stepped through the corpses of men, making its way towards a large mansion at the end of the beach.

That has to be where Gato, Sento, and Atsuko live.

The trash settled on my property, and I have the perfect eviction notice.
