"Edward my dear,I have meet lily once when she was young

she came here with her parents,sadly it was once and she lost her parents the following year "Lucy reminisce sadly and continued

"She is a happy kid back then, she is a best choice for you Edward darling,i can't wait to meet her again"Lucy rambling on and smile a little and Edward has hard time of keeping up with her

He could only to listen and and asked her later

"Mom, what make you believe her so much even when you only met her once even a younger self of her ,i know you must have heard some rumours about her of being cold hearted"he asked in a fake curiously

"Umm..I believe she is the same sweet girl back then and I believe in your grandpa judgement, her mother is a good hearted lady so she must be too and I have told you several times

"don't believe what people say but what you see instead, okay "she pitch him lightly while trying to end the conversation

"Oh ..So you does have relationship with her mum right ?" He asked looking into his mother eyes for an answer

Lucy was a startled but managed to cover it up and nodded

"Yes,we're indeed close a little somehow back then "she answered simply and his dad entered the living room and glance at his family

"What is it that so serious that you are talking about "

"Hey, young man are you stressing my wife again?"he questioned as he moved to kissed his wife on lips

Edward roll his eyes at them both and glance at his watch

"Mom,dad is getting late for breakfast "and that moment a maid came in and announced that the breakfast is prepared

"Oh ,yes let go honey grandpa won't be joining us for breakfast for today "Lucy said and nobody asked reason because they knew grandpa Lewis sometimes have breakfast before them and meant be at his small fish pond by now.

And they all went to the dinner hall,while they were eating ,Edward father George said to his wife

"Darling, hope you are preparing for the next family reunion dinner ,dad want it to be perfect because we will be have the Brooke family joining us " he explained while glancing at her softly

Lucy blush a little, they have married for almost thirty years now but their love was always strong ever more even though they married through arrange marriage between their families

Edward cough to attract their attention

"How can you forget about me being present here"he asked them slightly as he continued chewing his pancake and trying to act dramatically which his father didn't fall for

"You can just leave ,you know "his father replied straightly

"OK enough ,eat more and talk less "his mother chided as she elegantly watch how her husband applied chocolate spread on her pancakes

It was a peaceful morning and breakfast for the Lewis family.
