Chapter 2: The Dreams

My body was cold and refreshing

What happened to me?

I don't understand.

"Blan" Voices under the deep blue water

"Blan" there! Again another voice

I opened my eyes. It stings a bit but I forced myself. I saw a women swimming towards me. She smiled.

"My dear" She cupped my face

"I'm sorry, that this terrible fate would come to you" She said with a sad smile.

Does she mean, I'm gonna die??

I forced my body to move but it won't. My body is so calm and it feels comfortable here that I couldn't move even a bit

"I thought it already ended to your father but" She paused and looked at me

"You will take his place and be one of the SLAYERS" She added.

She kissed my forehead and pushed me in the deeper

Wait! Slayers?!!

I saw her fading away and she smiled sadly at me

Father?! What?! I don't understand!

It was getting deeper and deeper and deeper.

Until-

"AHHHH" I shouted. It's a dream.

I checked my body. A dream! It's just a dream!

"What was she talking about? About slayers? Who is she? Father?" I muttered asking to myself.

"But my father is dead and-" I muttered

"C-Chill! there is no such thing as Slayers or whatever that is" I said trying to sound normal but deep inside I was scared.

"What if they're real?" I gasp hearing a man's voice in my room

I looked at the corner of the room. In the shadows a tall young man showed up his face was covered by the cape

"W-Who are you?! how did you-" I asked.

"Well you don't need to know" He said and walked towards me

"Stop right there!" I said and got up from my bed, and stepped back.

I was near the window

"I don't have much time to waste, I have to follow my masters order" He said and looked at me with a smirk on his face.

He didn't hesitate and walked towards me holding his sword ready to attack me.

I didn't hesitate to jump in the window and landed on a bush! luckily!

I ran for dear life. He was following me! I don't know what his intentions are but I don't wanna know it. His smirk is scaring me!

And damn his fast! I ran and ran.. I wasn't minding anything. Until I stumbled on a rock!

"Ahhh" I gasped.. Face down.

I tried getting up but then He lounged at me..

He pushed me on the ground and I was facing the sky. I dodged his sword that was aiming for my head.

He was so close. A few inches away from my face, I can feel his warm breath on my face. And I was stupidly blushing! I headbutt him, when he was wincing in pain I kicked him.

and stood up running.

I looked at my back and Oh my Goodness! His chasing me again! I ran and ran! and I keep looking back.. And when I face back to my path. There was a branch, I bumped my head hard into it. And I unluckily dislocated my feet.

So this is it! This is where I'll die!

There was a cliff. I looked at the guy who was chasing me.

"too bad, Your unlucky today' He said coldly. I looked at the cliff. I know there's an ocean there!

I crawled towards it..

When I was there.

"Where do you think your going?!" He asked annoyingly.

"THERE IS NO ESCAPING FOR YOU. YOU WILL DIE" He said clearly.

"No your wrong" I forced myself to speak. It was calm. I stood up and closed my eyes.

I put both hands on my chest and fall off the cliff..

I want to live! And I want to know about the woman and my father! About me! And the slayers!

*Splash*

And It was like in the dream. But there was no woman who talked. I can't feel my whole body! I slowly opened my eyes. And there was someone swimming towards me. I'm running out of breath. and I couldn't recognize the man. maybe it was the person who was chasing me earlier?

I can't escape my fate can I? Maybe this is what the lady meant?.

I closed my eyes and let go!

And everything turned black.

Meanwhile.. on the cliff

"Did you killed her?" A woman asked

"Where's the body?" She asked again

"Why did you end up here?!" She asked again.

"Hey Why are you-" He cut her off "If you won't shut your mouth, I'll crush your mouth" He said with a threating voice

The woman became silent and didn't asked anymore

"I'll kill her for sure" He muttered to his self and went away.

.....

"Hey!" I heard someone's voice "Your up!" A woman she was so cheerful and hyper. Her hair was wavy and it was like the color of Gold. and her eyes were yellow too. It was beautiful! She was beautiful!

"Wh-What happened?" I asked more like a whisper.

"Ohh we saw you on the shore and you got a wound on her head and it looked like you dislocated your bones in your feet.

I was shock when I remembered the guy.

"There, There was a guy chasing me! Are you his ally?!" I gasped

"No, infact WE'RE your ally!" She said smiling

"We're??" I asked.

there were 3 men who entered and 2 women.

"Oh it was rude of me! HEHE Im Monic Larson!" She said cheerfully.

"I'm Elle Larson, nice to meet you" a girl with a Red hair and blue eyes said and smiled at me. So she's Monic's sister

"I'm Sharyl Kaise" A girl said plainly. She had a purple hair and pink eyes. and she was uhmm a bit shy.

"I'm Gavrel Hiro! Nice to meet you beautiful!" A guy with a light blue hair and green eyes said and He winked at me.

"I'm Brandon Hiro! and I'm Gavrel's little brother" He said and smiled at me. Unlike his brother he has a dark blue hair but they have the same color of the eyes. And his not flirty like his brother.

"Im Zas Dawn, nice to meet you" He said and smiled. He had a white hair and charming gray eyes.

"How about you, what's your name?" He asked and smiled

"I'm Blan" I said they were waiting for something

"What?" I asked and looked at them "Your last name?" Gavrel asked looking at me.

"I don't" I paused and looked at my hand.. playing my fingers like I was scolded. "Have one" I added.. they were silent.

"Uhmm so are you cousins that are just living together or?" I asked breaking the silence.

"We're the Eight Slayers" Monic said and smiled.

My eyes widened

"I thought it already ended to your father but

You will take his place and be one of the SLAYERS"

Is this what she meant?.

I looked at them one by one..

and chuckled "Your kidding right? There are only 6 of you and Slayers don't exist" I said laughing but they were dead serious. I shook Monic. "No, You can't be serious!" I was scared and I couldn't hide it

"If we're joking we would've laughed" Elle said and looked at me seriously in the eyes.

"So this is real! That guy who was chasing after me." I remembered what he said

"What if they're real?" I gasped when I heard it in my head. repeating itself.

"This not cool!" I said to myself.

"Do you want proof?" Brandon looked at me and pointed at the door.

I gasped "SUZY!" I ran to her but failed. I fell on the floor good thing Gavrel grabbed me before I can fall.

"Thanks" I said and smiled

"Blan, becareful. you haven't healed yet!" I heard Monic behind me.

I walked to my cat and hugged Suzy

"How did you get here!" I asked, as if she'll answer back.

But I was dead wrong, She turned into a big cat like a tiger, No, bigger than that a lion or what I don't know! She's bigger than a Lion!

"I told them that someone was going to attack you, So I ran here"

She licked my face and I was dumb founded.

"Maybe I was dreaming! Or Maybe, Just Maybe I'm crazy!" I muttered.. "YES, I am! I'm crazy!" I said and looked at Monic and those people.

"None of this is real, Suzy isn't some kind of talking Cat. Suzy was a cute and normal little cat!" I said and looked at floor.

"Would a normal Cat live till 1000 years?" Suzy asked.

And again I was Shock!. I covered my ears!

"No! Suzy! It isn't April fools yet!" I yelled.

I saw a wall. Maybe I'm still in the water dreaming.

I ran towards it and bumped my head hard!

Meanwhile

Gavrel walked towards unconscious Blan and looked at her.

"Well, it's fine. It's not that easy to believe that your cute little kitty was a huge hideous monster!.

Suzy flicked Gavrel and Gavrel flew on the wall. face on the wall.

"Your the hideous monster here!" Suzy angrily retorted..

Gavrel stood up straightly and faced Suzy "Well stop meowing there, Stupid cat!" Gavrel shouted

"Well I think we should put her on the bed and keep an eye on her" Monic said and poked Blan's face checking if she was awake.

"I'll keep an eye on her" Zas volunteered looking at Blan.

"Really?!" Monic cheerfully asked

"Yeah." He said and picked Blan up.

"I'll keep an eye on her" He said and looked at the unconscious Blan on the face..

"Well, I want to do it!" Gavrel disappointedly said.

"Well I wouldn't agree on that cause I don't want some freak watching over my Blan!" Suzy retorted

"Duhh Whatever" Gavrel said rolling his eyes.

"Let's face it ,I'm a good looking and hot guy and I'm good at looking after someone like her" Gavrel said confidently, closing his eyes and hands on his hip

"Bro, Let's sleep now" Brandon said looking at him.

When he opened his eyes only Brandon was there.

"Well, That's just mean!" Gavrel yelled. Brandon grabbed him and walked towards their room.

....

"How did she escaped?!" An old man sitting on a throne asked angrily

"How can a weak and slow girl escaped?!" He yelled again.

"That girl must die!" The old man clenched his teeth and fist.
