His warmth was the first thing I felt before I even heard his heavy footsteps. His scent was the third and his warm breath against the crook of my neck was the fourth.

"Don't be upset with me," his heavy arm wrapped around my bare waist and gently pulled me towards him. My back was pressed against his chest.

"Suetekh," I protested wanting to wiggle out of his arms but once he completely engulfed me there was no escape. Not that I would have wanted to escape from his arms. Being so close to him after what felt like days being lost in a complete abyss was comforting. That he felt like my anchor no matter what.
