The Editor's POV

How cool would it be if I became like him? Smart, stoic, noble, charismatic... He has everything. However, he was the last villain who eventually met his demise as the author concluded the story with the main character being the victor, who I dislike. It was lamentable, but everything had to end. "My editor, I still don't want to end the story yet. Will you continue to be my editor as I continue the story?" Eh? Sure. I don't mind as I need money for a living anyway. However, fate does love to play on us. To reincarnate in the villain I always admire throughout his appearance in the novel... But... What is the meaning of this?! [Name: Luke Emberheart Character: First Rate Villain.] I'm only a first rate villain? Who could have been the main villain? It turns out the generic story I always despise is not what it seems... . . . Read at your own discretion. Just sit back, relax, and read. Also, if better, don't skip some lines or you may be confused later on.

Luke's Disbelief

When I read the invitation letter, the contents were just normal.

Though, I was surprised it was written personally by the current Arcane Mage.

Furthermore, the current Arcane Mage actually inherited the position of the Dean of the Royal Academy.

I was not surprised.

After all, he deserved it.

Only that, I did not know about it.

I never had an interest in political status anyway.

I didn't even know a single name of the Nine Arcane High Council, except the Arcane Mage, who I just knew his name.

Furthermore, from the way he wrote the letter, he seemed sincere and praised me highly.

'I thought they were just arrogant bastards?'

Well, from the novel, it might appear to be, but who really knows?

The appearance of the Arcane Mage was limited, as well, but all of those geezers were giving the main character a hard time.

Perhaps they were only discriminating against him.
