Lee Fan followed Derek's instructions and he begun to practice.He cleared his mind and tried to sync his breathe with his heartbeat whiles he started to channel energy from his legs into the hand which held the spear.Lee Fan tried to be calm as possible as he could now feel the energy pulsing through every pore in his body and now was moving it into the hand which held the spear.He waited for the energy to power his hand.
