“Took a lot for granted didn’t you?” Dennis laughed and finished his drink.
“Do you mind?” Luca asked, a bit nervously.
“What do you mean? Marrying you? I already agreed. As to the wedding, I told you before, Luca Ferone, to you the answer is always yes.”
“Then you’ll go with me on Monday?” Luca asked, sitting back knowing he could relax now that he got what he wanted.
“Of course, what are we going to do, taste cakes, look at flowers, buy my dress?” Dennis teased.
“You’ve been watching too many episodes of Bridezilla.” Luca laughed. “But I imagine we will have to pick out flowers, cake and the food. Most of the decisions are easily dealt with at the Plaza. We’ll go there with Marsha, see what they have available and pick out what we want.” Luca crossed his legs. “It’s not as if money is a factor.”
“Perhaps not, but I’d prefer not to channel the Kardashians,” Dennis said as he returned the glasses to the bar.
