Hibis’s breath was taken away as soon as she got a first glimpse of Mount Liraz. With its magnificent, dormant volcano covered in lush greens and crystal-clear rivers gliding its way downhill, it looked almost identical to a vacation site. Anyone with no information about the island would have no clue that its small sprouts of fauna were just a breathtaking trap to lure its very victims.

Glimmer chose to descend into a harmless clearing, where the lime-coloured grass, while still a while ago, welcomed them with the grace of a swift dance, waving their leaves at the looming jet as it came to a soft stop upon the ground. The doors that were sealed slid open, releasing stairs for each crew member to climb down. Ace touched the ground first, followed by Kaden and Hibis. Other executives were quick on their feet, immediately proceeding to unload necessities and kits.
