The Race

Gao Wen rolled his eyes as his entire body vanished from the front seat and went to the backseat of the car, saying, "You're not getting out of this car."

In his eyes, he saw this human as his property. That meant, if this person had to die, it would be by his hands only and no one else. This man didn't even have the freedom to commit suicide all by himself!

Chen Ming smiled as he said, "I'm kicking him out. Can't I?"

Huang An was shocked to hear those words. He had thought this human wanted to commit suicide by going inside that dark and burnt-out place which was becoming more and more dangerous even for the magical species, what to speak of humans? But on the contrary, he actually was getting kicked out of his own car?!

Was this human mad?!

Before he could speak a single word, the devil lord laughed heartily as he said, "Just say a word and I'll do it for you. After all, I'm the person you are attracted to the most, isn't it, human?"

"I have a name." Chen Ming scoffed and said, "You're only slightly better in my eyes because you aren't really attracted to me."

Gao Wen's eyes squinted.

That was true.

He wasn't into this human, but he was just keeping this person around because this young man was interesting and was adding colors to his eternally boring life. He leaned back and said, "Interesting. Let me do the deed."
