The Flower Dimension

"Huh, neat."

I activate the skill [Flower Dimension] and without any warning or anything like that everything around me began to shatter. The dirt, the sky, and even Green and Yellow began to shatter as if they were a mirror being dropped onto the floor. Soon the broken shards of glass began to reform and the once dark and gloomy surrounding was replaced by a field of grass with a blue sky.

"What the" I hear and when I looked in the direction where the voice came from I could see Yellow and Green in the air looking around. It wasn't just them looking around almost every Root creature and insect-like creature that was around us was looking around.

Yellow and Green looked at me for a couple of seconds before flying toward me and landing in front of me. "What did you do," Green said as he looked straight into my eyes, well I wouldn't call it an eye since he is just looking at my flower face. "Heh, I might have used a new skill and we are sort of in a Dimension that I created," I said.

The both of them became silent, not saying anything and just blankly looking at me. Of course, this silence didn't last long, "What do you mean we're in a dimension that you created" Yellow yelled out as she began to shake out of anger. "Can you get us out of this dimension?" Yellow said as she got closer to my face and I got a close look at her fangs.

"I can try," I say as I activate the skill and raise my hand. Soon a couple of meters in front of me the air appeared to shatter as if it was glass. Soon the shattered air began to be sucked into the center of the shattering as if it was a whirlpool. Soon the area where the air shattered began to glow and change into many different colors. Soon an image appeared in the shattered air and it didn't take us a couple of seconds to recognize the area as the Demon realm.

And it wasn't just any part of the Demon realm, it was the throne room of the Demon King. On the throne was the Demon King and his gray outline could be seen sitting on it. "You made it back," The Demon King said as he raised his hand. The palm of his hand was aimed at us and I could see gray lines forming around his hand and slowly heading toward us. When the gray lines made contact with the portal our surroundings changed, instead of the blue sky and grassy field our surroundings were now the throne room.

"Did he cancel my dimension skill?" I say in my mind as I look at the gray lines that were dissipating. "So you now have a dimension ability, how peculiar," the Demon King said as he stared at us. The Demon king slowly placed his hand back onto his armrest before speaking again "now that you have completed the task I have given you, you are now allowed to have the knowledge you seek" the Demon King said as he stared at me.

Soon a key slowly began to form in front of me and when it finished forming, its bow, which you put your fingers on to turn the key, had metallic horns on it and the key had a red translucent color. "Talk to Pride on how to use the key," the Demon king said and soon our surroundings changed into a green field and blue sky.

"Are we back in your dimension?" Green said as he looked around.

"I believe so," I say as I look around and see the insect-like creatures and the Root creatures standing in the same spot they were standing the last time I saw them.

"Well, what now," Yellow said as she looked at both of me and Green.

"Well let's first get out of this dimension," I said as I activated my skill and pointed somewhere else. Soon the same thing happened the air began to shatter, they got pulled to the center of the shattering, then a portal opened up.

We looked outside the portal and could see a rocky surface. We stepped out and looked around us, "Hey isn't this the cave that we wanted to turn into a base?" Green said as we all looked around and could see many things that resembled the cave such as the pile of bones outside, the huge skull, and the tons of flowers that were inside and outside the cave.

"Ok you can close the portal now," Green said and I was about to, but stopped myself when an idea popped into my head. "How about I keep the portal," I said as I lowered my hand and turned my head towards Yellow and Green.

"Why not?" Yellow said as she looked at me.

"Well, what if, and hear me out, we keep the portal and Instead use the cave as an entrance to the base."

The two of them looked at me confused about what I said. "Ok let me explain, this portal doesn't use any mana to keep it open and so it can permanently stay active. So anyone can access my dimension whenever they want to. So why not make my dimension our base and use the cave as an entrance?"

They both made a face telling me they finally understood what I said, "but what if someone other than us walks into the dimension, what then?" Green said as he looked at me.

"You make a good point, it isn't as if I can create creatures that will obey my command and never betray me, unless they are out of my range and are attacked," I said as I created a root creature that resembled a knight.

Its head was a helmet that had three slits on it, and two horns, that resembled a bull's horn, coming out of it. Its chest had flowers blooming out of it and its legs resembled one you would see on a Lion. It had four arms two were long and bulky, while the other two were as short and sort of bulky as a human's arm. It hands on the long bulky arm had three fingers that were long and sharp, while the hand on the shorter arm was the same as a human. There was a root connected to a flower that was connected to the root creature's head.

"I call this creature the Dimension Guardian," I said as I look at the Green and Yellow who were just looking at the creature. "So what do you think," I say.

"It looks nice and intimidating, but does it have the power to back up the look," Yellow said as she moved around the root creature.

"You're right they should have the power to back up the look. The system gives the Dimension Guardian the following skills [Root Control], [Root Duplication], [Weapon creation], [Demonic Roots], [Mana absorption], [Reapers cloak], and [Soul eye]."

Soon a cloak encompassed the Root Guardians body and roots began to form out of the Guardian's body. These roots had purple and black stripes, mainly black, on the surface of the roots.

They wrapped around the root creature's body, mainly on its chest, arms, and legs. When the roots finished forming the root creature was covered entirely by the black and purple roots.

Soon the roots began to glow for a bit before mending and combing together. Once the glowing disappeared what became of the roots was something amazing.

The bunched-up roots that covered the Guardians became sets of root armor that looked so much like metallic armor.

"System show me the armor the Guardian made," I said.

[Weapon Type: Living armor. Function- Armor that has a mind of its own. It's able to manipulate any part of its body to protect its wielder and launch put attacks. The armor can to absorb about half of any magical attack that lands on it and give the mana in the attack to the user]

"Well this is a nice piece of equipment," I said as I look at the Dimension Guardians armor. "An item that can manipulate itself to protect its user and give the user the mana it receives from attacks. This would be nice to have" I said as I looked at the Dimension Guardian.

"Hey, system is it possible to save the equipment that is created through crafting," I said as I look at the Guardian armor more.

[It is possible. Would host like the system to create an item catalog]

"Yes please," I said.

I opened my stat window and I could see a new icon on the far right of the screen. The icon had a sword, shield, and set of armor as its cover. I clicked on it and could see an empty screen with a plus sign at the bottom of it.

I clicked the plus sign and soon a notification popped up.

[Would the host like to add equipment to the item catalog]

[Yes] [No]

I click the yes button and see three images that had items on them appearing on my screen.

"Hey isn't that the sword I made as well as my scythe," I said to myself as I could see the petal sword I made as well as the Scythe that I used while fighting the demons who challenged me.

"Now that I think about it where did my sword go?"

"Meh, who cares it was an item I made just to look nice so it doesn't matter. But still, it would be nice to have it back" I clicked on the sword and I was soon brought back to the previous screen. The only difference now was that the sword image appeared and there was a question mark on the bottom right of the item.

I clicked on the question mark and soon another screen appeared in front of me.

[Weapon type: rotating blade. Grade: Decent. Function: a blade that is constantly rotating. Due to it being made out of petals, the blade can bring in nearby petals and use them to increase the range and damage of the weapon. The blade can store petals within the handle to be able to use later or can drop the petal onto the ground]

"Oh it's telling me the function of the item, but why is the Grade still Decent? Is it perhaps the permanent grade of the item and if so I'm going to either be careful with what I make or just make a ton of items and hope I get a better grade than Decent."

As I was talking to myself yellow and green who were just hearing faint words pop into their head finally spoke. "So what's going to make this creature of yours stop intruders," Green said.

"Yeah the armor looks nice and all but what can it do," Yellow said as looked at the root creature's head.

"Why don't you find out," I say as I give a command to the Dimension Guardian to defeat Yellow and not kill her.

Receiving my order the Guardian quickly slashed one of its long bulky arms towards Yellowhead. She quickly moved her head away from the sharp claws that were inches away from cutting her face.

"Fine then, I'll see how strong these are," She said as she opened her mouth and shot a yellow beam electric beam at the Guardian. When the Beam hit the Guardian, instead of a burnt hole appearing on the Guardian's body only a burn mark and a charred surface appeared on its body.

Soon the mana in the Guardian body increased and soon the Guardian swiped its long arm towards Yellow once again. She moved her head out of the way thinking the same result would happen again. But she thought wrong as the hand to the long bulky arm soon shot out and latched onto her head. Looking closely you could see the severed hand was being held by a couple of dark purple roots.

The roots soon tugged and pulled the hand back towards its wrist along with yellow who was still being held onto. When the hand attached back to the wrist the Guardian quickly raised the arm that held yellow high up into the air, turned around quickly, and slammed her body onto the hard ground.

The Guardian dropped her yellow head and she was slowly getting back up. "That's enough," I said as I threw a couple of Healing flowers on her body. Strange that the [Healing flower] didn't merge into [Flowe Dimension], but it's the system choice.

The healing flowers bloomed and her injuries began to heal slowly. "Do you think it's strong enough?" I said and in response, Yellow flicked her tail towards the Guardian head. The armor tried to block the attack by extending itself toward the Guardian head, but failed as the bits of the root armor broke, and soon the head flew off the shoulders of the body.

I and Green looked shocked and couldn't say anything for a couple of seconds. But we snapped back to reality as we felt the surrounding magic shift.

We looked back at Yellow only to see her get bigger and her scales darker.

"Oh, she's evolving."
