Meeting Red Part 5

Everyone who was nearby heard the creatures name this included the church memebers and the High priest. The church member look to one another dumb founded by the name. They all thought that the creature that gave them fear and despair would have a batter name like Greif or Locton, but the name Red was not one that they expected.

"High priest what should we do" A hooded man walked up to the Hight priest and asked him this question. "This creature killed two of our members and a student, we should punish it" another hooded figure said.

"I didn't kill anyone" everyone heard a voice in their head. They all knew where it came from and looked at the mound of roots. "Yes you did, there are two of our members dead on the ground and a student was killed!" There was a pause before they heard a voice "Did you check the bodies to make sure that they were dead?"

Everyone was quite for a couple of seconds before they realised something. "Everyone check their bodies!" Several hooded people began to run at the bodies that Red attacked. "Their breathing but barely" hearing comfermation the Hight priest said something "take them to the boats and get the healing gems ready."

"Healing gems, that sounds intriging" thought red as he saw several hooded figures pick up the two people and run to the boat. "What about the student. What happend to him" Red looked and saw the same hooded man that was next to the High priest speak again. "He is passed out in the woods." hearing this a hooded man ran into the forest "he is here, he is just passed out." Hearing the comfermation from the man several people breathed a sigh of relief.

"He is the son of a duke, if he died it would have given the church a problem."

The High priest then turns his gaze to the pile of roots that were covered in flowers. "Is this your true form beast."

"It isn't, this is what you humans call a vessel that allows me to talk to you all. Though it isn't complete yet." Hearing that this wasn't Reds real body shocked everyone including Elizabeth since the taming mark that she got when he was tamed by her said that was Reds real body.

"Were the creatures that attacked us also your vessels" the high priest asked.

"Yes they were my vessels, though I can only take over one of their minds. If you want I can bring them over here."

The high priest didn't say anything for a second but then nodded his head.

"Hey system how many Root creatures do I have left?"

[ there are 39,162 remaining]

"What why are there so many Root creatures dead!"

[The death of the root creatures happens due to the host getting tamed and any creatures that were damaged or didn't have enough mana in them collapsed due to the taming shock]

Hearing the reason Red regretted getting tamed "It doesn't matter I can make some more later. Besides I now have a way to leave this island now."

Red then sent a telepathic message to all of his root creatures telling then to come to the beach he was on.

[Host skill Root body has now finished making the hosts body]

"About time" Red was happy that his skill was done making his body as he could now move around.

The others that were near the pile of roots saw some twitching coming from it. A couple seconds later some roots started ripping off the pile of roots.

Several people stepped back out of fear since they didn't know what the creature was doing. The high priest and Elizabeth on the other hand were looking at the pile of roots with astonishment.

The pile of roots was finnaly ripped open and out of the opening came a body. The body looked humanoid but also didn't look humanoid as well. When everyone looked closer the saw that the skin was just roots.

As the creature finnaly stood up straight a flower bloomed on its face. The flower went to every edge of his face until it was completely covered in it.

Several people were shocked seeing the giant flower on its face. As the flower stopped blooming the creature stepped out of the opening and onto the sand.

"I think having this form will help in our conversations from here on out "master.""

"Ah I don't feel good saying that word" Red said in his mind as he felt a weird emotion that he never felt when he said the word "master."

"Uh" Elizabeth didn't know how to react after seeing a body of a creature just being born right infront of her.

"Well this does make our conversation more easier" when Red turned around he saw the high priest speaking to him.

"I would like to ask a few questions if you don't mind" says the high priest.

"Not at all."

"Okay first question were you born on this island or were you transported here by a being like a demon or angle."

Red paused for a bit "Hey system what should I say to this."

[The choice is up to the host]

Receiving that reply Red thought for a bit until he finnaly came up with an answer "I guess you could say I was transported here by a god."

The priest paused for a couple of seconds before he spoke again "second question do you have any malice against the human race."

Red instantly answered the question "I do no own any hatred nor malice to the human race or any race to speak of."

The priest paused for a bit before he spoke "last question if you were to be sent to main land what would you do."

Red paused for a bit "I guess I will listen to my "master" orders and if I get the chance I would like to explore the nations and lands of the main land."

The priest looked at Red for a bit and spoke "You didn't say a single lie to any of your answers especially the first one."

Red was confused for a bit until he realized something "if you don't mind me asking do you perhaps have a truth telling ability."

"Since it is known amoung most of the high family's and since you are now the pet or servant of one of these families I will tell you that I do have such ability."

Hearing this Red "breathed" a sigh of relief that he told the truth and not a lie like he was planning to do.

"Since you have no malice against man kind and you were brought here by non other than a God then the church shall not harm you at all. Unless you do an act that the church can not over look."

Hearing that the church would not attack him when he got onto main land made him extremely happy "it's better to not make that much enemies or any if possible."

"Sir that thing injured two of our members, how can we let it off like that" Red looked and saw non other than the guy that was next to the priest when he first spoke.

"Bring the injured to me I will heal them" the hooded man looked at Red and was going to say something until he saw the glare coming from the high priest.

The hooded man ran off and a couple seconds later the two men that attacked Red first was infront if him.

[Healing flower]

Red opens his palm and several balls of light formed. Everyone except Red had to close their eyes for a couple of seconds until the light finnaly dimmed down. When everyone opens their eyes they saw several seeds in Reds hand.

"What are you going to d-" Before the hooded man could finish his sentence Red dropped the seeds onto the two people who were injured an waited there.

A couple seconds later several golden flowers began to bloom. The flowers began to glow a small golden light. Causing everyone nearby to squint their eyes.

When everyone was wondering what was going on they noticed several bruises began to disappear and several broken bones on one of them was being healed and arranged back into place.

"I got creature that is able to create clones of itself and is able to heal others. I'm so lucky" thought Elizabeth as she was happy that she got a creature that not only was a plant based creature but could heal others and had a strong attack.

"I'll definitely be able to participate in this year's tamed beast tournament."

As Elizabeth was having a big grin on her face the high priest was also stunned and happy "it's using holy magic, only a select few can be born with holy magic. It should have been obvious it could use holy magic since it was brought here by a god."

Once the flash of golden light was gone the flowers began to wither. The two men who were laying on the ground slowly opened their eyes. "ugh what happwnd to me" said the man that was thrown by Red to the ground. The two men saw a pair of legs and as they looked up they saw a man with a flower covering his face.

The two men then remembered what happend and were about to get ready to fight until they realized that they didn't have their wepons. "Calm down you two we aren't under attack no more" when the two men turned around they saw the High priest looking at them.

"High priest where are the monsters at" said the man that charged Red with a spear. "Your looking at it" Hearing the words coming out of the high priest mouth they were confused for a bit until they turned around and looked looked at the man with a flower for a face.

"Hello there sorry for you know throwing you to the ground and stabbing you in the gut" Hearing the mas reply several painful memories came back to them and they shiverd.

"Well that's the expected reaction that I predicted. How do I make them feel better." Red thought for a bit and remembered something.

[Aroma]

"I hope you can accept my apology" the fear that the two men felt slowly disintegrated as the feeling was replaced by warmth and comfort. It wasn't only them that felt this several people nearby including Elizabeth and the High priest also felt this wave of warmth and comfort.

"I guess I can over look this since we were the ones who attacked you."

"Yeah its our fault for attacking first and not yours."

Red was happy that he bought the skill [Aroma] since it the effects of the skill would send out a smell that could have effects ranging from comfort and warmth all the way to fear and dread.

He used the comfort and warmth part to make them forgive him for attacking them.

"High priest the boats are about thirty minutes away" Hearing this Red was happy that he was about to leave until he heard something come from his "master's" mouth.

"Ok so this isn't your main body correct."

"That is correct."

"Then how are you going to bring your body with us."
