She can't just possibly leave her be all by herself since her Mom went to the company.

Li Yun gently place her Aunty baby inside the stroller before going out from the Mansion. Arriving to where her aunty car was last parked, Li Yun carried her little angel from the stroller after which she fold the stroller putting it inside the car boot.

Gosh. I think I'm gonna vomit. Li Yun said out because she indeed was feeling that same morning sickness this moment.

Without wasting any of her time she entered inside of the car and drove off from the Mansion heading to the hospital.

Finally. 

After spending for about twenty minutes waiting, it was finally her turned to be checked up by the doctor.

[What a young Mom. The other ladies at the back seat couldn't just keep their mouths shut].

Inside the ward.

Congratulations you're pregnant Young miss. You're having your second baby.

Li Yun couldn't move when she just heard this announcement from the doctor that checked her up. The doctor even had to ask her if she was alright because of how suddenly stiff she became.

Yeah. I'm alright. T.. th.. thanks. She replied to the doctor with a faint smile. Li Yun don't know whether she should be over excited of the news or just anxious. 

Thanks a lot. She collected the pills offered to her by doctor before walking out pushing the baby stroller along with her. 

Her face showed no emotion. It was just blank. What is she going to do?. Why didn't she first thought of these through before her hot intimate with Li Shan inside the car the prom night?.

Li Yun was already feeling really tired. With the last energy left inside of her, she drove back to the Mansion.

There you go princess. Li Yun pet her aunty little princess that is asleep on her bed. 

I'm going to be a Mother?. Li Yun just don't know whether to believe this or not. She finally made her decision of keeping the baby. She'll just inform everyone if they start to notice of her baby bump. Looking at the bright side. Who knows Li Shan will really be excited to hear the new?!. Li Yun giggled at her thoughts.

Nope. She still has 9 more months before her return back to China City. And she's already three months away. How surprised everybody will be seeing her return back with a baby. Her grandmother will indeed be happy for this.

And just as she said. Li Yun didn't yet inform any one of this matter. Even her own Aunty she's staying with, Li Yun didn't tell a thing to her.

Months passed and almost time for her labour.

Li Yun indeed was extremely surprised because she didn't at all have a large stomach bump as she expected she would. This even made it much more better for her to hide it from her aunty. She didn't have a noticable stomach, so no one could detect if she was pregnant at all.

Have a great day aunty. Li Yun said out with a smile to her aunty and her toddler daughter.

Are you sure you're coming with us?. Her Aunty decided on asking Li Yun again but her answer still remain the same.

Well then. We're going to have fun. Yin'er say bye bye to your sister. Her aunty said raising Yin'er hand up. 

B..by.e bye. 

Soon the both left Li Yun back alone inside the Mansion. Well it's her own decision of not going to have fun with them.

Eh?. Why do I feel a little discomfort in my stomach?. Oh my!. She gasped in disbelief when she finally notice of what was about happening soon.
