The Demon's Hidden Treasures

“I didn’t want this Izan, this is all your fault” she said looking away from the mirror to look away from him. “I know but I need you and you agreed to this, so it’s not my fault after all” he said forcing her face to look back at her. “I did not, you coerced me into this so don’t you turn this on me, now please let’s get on with what is necessary” “I am not sleeping with you, sex is intimate and sacred” she said standing to walk away from him. The door opened letting in cold air and three people. Why did she agree to his offer? **** What happens when you take an unwanted journey to find treasure. Was that hard?

"So, the man I can't see where are you taking us?" Haelyn aske

d after minutes of silence and the last conversation hanging in the air.

"I'm not taking you anywhere, am leaving you somewhere to stay"

"Leaving us where?" Neera was the one to ask.

"Just follow me" he snapped back. Why was he so annoyed at them, was on he's dead person awakened period or something?

"No!" Haelyn almost yelled then continued to walk a bit closer to Izan but (she was walking in the wrong direction) pointed to the space right beside Izan. "You are not going to take us to the middle of nowhere and not tell us where, SIR!"

The point could've reached home well but for the first time since she met Izan, he smiled. Even Neera was muffling a laugh so as not to embarrass Haelyn but soon it seemed like she noticed too. "Damnit! But you heard me.." she finished awkwardly trying her best not to feel too embarrassed.

"Ok, I'm taking you to your fellow humans" he sent a pointed look towards Haelyn, (it was cold and not exactly welcoming) as though pointing out that she was not human, which was false. "To stay there since I have a couple of things to take care of and if you two come you'll just be …"

"Be what?"

"You know what I mean Princess Neera" he completed with a sneer as if the mere mention of her name accompanied by her tittle was annoying. Neera's features scrunched up in anger and silent confusion.

"This is so funny, a one sided conversation, an ANGRY! one sided conversation" Haelyn was derilious. Fatigue played in her features as she slowly slid down to the floor of the forest her eyes slightly drawn closed.

Neera looked back at Izan and he was smiling while looking at Haelyn. Again. This was the second time this was happening.

Did he have a crush on Haelyn or what was happening.

Was Neera she jealous?

No. Not in the least. She was just…concerned and curious.

Curious at to why he was so angry at her and smiled like a mad man everytime he looked at Haelyn.

"We should go, its some distance from here" Izan said smoothly walking ahead to carry Haelyn. He lifted her up from the ground then carried her princess style. Haelyn's eyes were shut closed so she definitely didn't know what was happening around her.

Or the simmering anger in Neera's eyes.

"Hello you two- three," a woman was standing at the threshold of some old house. Neera couldn't say that she looked young. "You've kept me too long what happened?"

"I had to deal with some eyesore then a lot of drama" Izan turned to look at her. Again. What was he trying to imply that she was dramatic, right?

She prayed deep down for her gods to keep her calm because if she exploded…

"Drama?" she asked not particularly elated. "What kind of drama?"

He turned to look at her, Haelyn still on his arms, "What drama do you think it is?" he asked sarcastically.

"Oh! I don't know, the kind that-" the old woman interrupted.

"Oh I see the kind of drama that you're talking about, can we go now we can bite each other's head's off later" she dismissed them and started walking away already done with conversation between them two.

Neera looked back at Izan with the fire that had been in her eyes still there, his gaze was still on her, roaming over her facial features.

Ugh! She groaned angrily and walked away from his annoying presence and avoided to look back at him missing the chance to catch the smile tugging at his lips and the expectant way his eyes waited for the response she was to give before her interruption.

Now she wanted to leave this place without caring anymore about the what-ifs. Her mama was wrong she could live with them, comfortably.

"This shall be your room and feel at home" then the woman left her to her privacy. That was one hour ago, when the woman and Izan left. She had been in the room since then 'Feeling at home' but now she was hungry and really needed to eat soon or else she would collapse.

Her feet guided her to the kitchen which was completely empty. No food, no nothing. How nice. She checked the cooking pots for anything and found nothing.

And she had no clue where Haelyn was, her latest friend.

"What are you looking for?" a familiar yet not very alluring voice asked from behind her. She didn't need to turn to look and know whom it was, her body naturally reacted and not in a friendly manner, in a hostile one.

"None of your business" she replied knowing very well it was his business. He should have brought food to her room after her quick shower, if he were nice but unfortunately he was just but a stupid jerk!

"It is my business, you are my responsibility now shall I ask again or will you tell me willingly"

"What happens if I don't tell you willingly?"

"You starve to death" Not a viable option, she thought.

She huffed out, her stomach groaning too she couldn't argue on an empty stomach. The energy for that was insufficient.

"I need food, am hungry" she tried, really, to filter out the desperation dripping her words but she couldn't. The last time she properly ate was when they were in the island. How long ago was that, two days?

He smiled but she didn't see its beauty because she hadn't turned yet, she was still gripping the table firmly sank in thought, "Was that hard Princess?"

He flicked his hand and food automatically appeared on the table. There was chicken somewhere in that delicious arrangement she just couldn't point out its location. Her mouth watered. This was more than nice.

She didn't need a chair to delve in, her hands found their way to the spoon and she took the first bite and groaned in approval totally forgetting the human being studying her from behind her. His eyes were fixed on the mirror in front of her that he had been looking at her from.

The satisfaction her thinking that he couldn't see her facial expressions but he did was satisfying.

"I could orgasm from this" she said absent-mindedly still stuffing her mouth with more food her eyes rolling happily. . The food had a lot of spices which was new and amazing for her since this was not the usual for her.

"A simple thank you would be nice too" he said looking at her features get alarmed and embarrassment wash over her face. Her cheek turning the bright shade of pink.

"Thank you kind sir" she said sarcastically finally meeting his gaze on the mirror then shying away by looking away quickly.

.

"I will be leaving soon" then he left her presence. Was she annoyed that he was leaving?

No? Maybe.

Should she say goodbye?

Absolutely not!
