Tolerating long enough, Akagi—in as The Second Redtron remarked sternly. Along with Misaki stepped out from the crowd of distressed Mutants make themselves known in the community.

"While you ignore the signs all around you. Oppression and suppression already begun. How could you wish to protest or criticise while Brittonian military's New Colossus will wipe our kind in an instant, worse part is with all your powers. Given the speech, Akagi turn around about to exit, but halted by the voice altered behind—

The Mutant who given the speech early on, supporting Brittonia, lashes out activated his enormous claymore-like Noryoku-blade. Lunge at Akagi like a ferocious animal.

"Let's see how will you dodge that! Shred both of you in one blow!"

Arrogantly the Mutant dragged his Noryoku using both limbs, boosts its velocity, aiming at the head.

Only to be repelled by Misaki's single arm, the hit felt like metal collided with another much stronger than his Noryoku-blade. Before Akagi turned his neck around to see. The shock wave trembles the court largely, tossing the chairs around.

"No way! She stopped my Noryoku, using just an arm!"

She nonchalantly demanded, without having any scratches. Drove the aggressive Mutant back, display of sheer strength, startled most of the surrounding mutants, having such sturdy skin.

One feminine Mutant dropped from the ceiling, couple of her siblings followed a suit.

"A cat girl! Oh, She's cute!"

"Who's calling me cute! Name's Corra."

Yep. The variant they looking for is a Nekotant. (which literally means Cat girl as the Mutanic deformities) a felinoid variant of mutants that has mostly human traits (hair, skin and body type) but they have some physical features like a cat, usually the ears, tail, eyes, and almost all has cat-like claws. Apart from a few animal traits like ears, wings, and a tail, look perfectly human. Cora the cute Cat girl has a mostly human body, but also has a pair of cat ears. Bright orange hair, ear, purple eyes sharp metal cat-nails as Noryokues. Notable example of this type is Ayana Hasumi. The former library/bar/casino, hacker and now she's Information Broker for Misaki's Athenaeum. Features lot of feline characteristics.

Now they got Corra and her two sisters Corra – the cute Cat girl has a mostly human body, but also has a pair of cat ears. Bright orange hair, ear, purple eyes sharp cat-nails. Not only she has every Nekotant's abilities max out, she also sensed One's ability, rank, and type, to fight with either fiercely or stealthy. And sisters have same appearance, different eyes colour and personality. The smallest sister sneaked behind Akagi's, sniffed his aura.

"You look weird. (Sniff. Sniff.) How come you have one of those flashy red-eyes? How come your body so slim? How come you smell like a pretty lady? And (sniff...) how come your scent so sweet?"

"Uh.... Aren't you the inquisitive type?"

"So, you and your sisters are the main ones of a small band of outcast mutants sometimes referred to as the Orange?" Misaki added the facts about their little group.

"Yes. And we aren't ashamed showing our abilities. possessed unique superhuman senses and smell: Nekotant's vision and hearing is enhanced, allowing us to see beyond the visible spectrum and hear across great distances even with physical insulation."

"So, you have the able to psionically sense the presence and mutant levels of other mutants. That's promising. How about joining my army, Corra?"

To convince them to join, Akagi bent down sweetly insisted Corra near her face.

"Alright. Since you asked me nicely and you seem to be the one with class. we'll join."

"Excellent."

Despite Cora joined the Fraternity as a separate force, make no mistake she's a fierce and agile, Cora is known as one of the harshest one, with her honour and respect for her duty leading her to be an extremely intimidating, yet "petite" figure, strictly adhering to her role as a Nekotant-type warrior/resistance and commander, often being strict on herself and others. Despite this very fact, Cora does care for her comrades, as can be observed from the contents of her death quote. Fundamental disgust with human existence is the reason she, her sisters joined the Akagi's Fraternity Army.

Corra chose to ally themselves with Redtron and his Fraternity, as they had similar beliefs. Corra demonstrated her powers and soon became one of the group-leaders. Redtron asked Corra to use her powers to locate mutants. However, Akagi knew all of that. Knew she would agree and allowing him to proceed next phase of his plans.

A manipulative evil bastard and sociopathic egomaniac as Akagi is, who has used or betrayed or murdered nearly everyone. Who is also responsible for thousands of deaths across the globe and for nearly every major terrorist attacks the Imperium has ever face. He's the grand mastermind behind all tension war between two races in Imperium States, terrorism acts and the cause of the main events and ones to come, always pulling the strings from behind the lines as the puppet master. The Mutant Emperor, a ruthless yet cunning strategist often outmanoeuvred his enemies and made them play by his rules. Taking the zero-sum game to heart, he did whatever was necessary to gain the upper-hand without any regard to the loss of human life in the process.

Furthermore, appeared more like a supervillain just like his enemy's interpretation, possesses a genius-level intellect, glamorous sex-appeal, masculine-charisma and a wide range skill set that allows him to draft complex schemes and commit crimes in a way normal human cannot. Which include a touch of megalomania, sociopathic mind-set and possession of considerable resources to further his aims.
