Spellbound by the devil

Clutching desperately at his neck, straining for breath he could barely groan out in pain as his own nails scratched his neck in a ditch effort to get rid of his burning nerves.

Both traces would be visible for days.

Even his clenched jaw and closed eyes hurt, the slightest movement hurt but none of that mattered to Sophie.

She was barely interested even when he gasped out for her to stop, wich she did, lucky for him.

In a span of half a month she upped the power from a second to half a minute.

Every time he looked in a mirror he could see energy drained red eyes with dark circles staring back at him.

At the very least his nerves were only burning when he 'defied her' and it always just so happens to be in a room were there was a camera.

Acacius suspected June had rushed away two weeks earlier to place a camera in the then empty room of Sophie, right at the moment were she had entered his room through he secret passageway.

Between Asani and Sophie he didn't know wich of the two was worse, one left cameras every were and the other vicious nature had been strengthened to an impossible high degree. Her thoughts and desire no longer hidden behind a placid facade.

Her character changed but so did the room, no longer a mere prison room. If one didn't count the magic cage in the back corner of the room.

It was bigger than before, magic enhanced it. Desks, tables, countless items, books and so much more. Stuff he didn't know were she got or how.

None of his concern.

However, watching her carve flesh from the writhing human in the cage made him close his eyes in search for a better....anything.

The once praised and loved Empress was no more and in her place was a blood thirsty demon that used everything at her disposal.

''What are you thinking so deeply about?"

Ofcourse she had noted his distractions with her thirst for blood, nothing seemed to escape her eyes or ears. And while he had needed the change it had proven to be rather uncomfortable and painful.

It was with a rigid expression and blazing embers replacing his brown eyes that he flat out told his observations. ''You're a monster.''

Prisoner stirring at the blatant hate and yet Sophie barely reacted to his statement.

It was only seconds later that raging eyes stared down at him and with a twirl of her fingers he regretted saying the words outloud.

Crying out sharply at the sudden high torrent of shocks racing through him, he barely got himself standing straight. Hand tugging at the invincible collar, aggravating the still bleeding scratches.

Even in pain he couldn't stop thinking up plans as he gazed to the cage in a miniscule plan.

As he crashed down with a big wave of his arms, he caused a multitude of items to crash to the ground. With a chew of lips he apologized rapidly.

Not really faking the flash if fear stretching across his eyes he awaited her reaction with baited breaths

His nerves bursting apart was one thing but having his skin ripped away until bare veins showed?

He'll skip that, thanks.

Even the thought alone was enough to send a shudder down his spine, so he couldn't help but be relieved when the only thing he needed to do was clean things up.

She wouldn't leave it at that, that's for sure but atleast the crackling on his skin stopped.

With an excruciating slowness, as he was literally still in pain,he started picking her stuff up.

Annoyance brimmed inside the room but he didn't quicken. It was only when she left the room looking for some herbs stashed in the kitchen that he harshly rose up.

Unbother by the glass peircing his skin, he hurriedly grabbed one of his knifes and threw it with a clatter to the guy, watching as he reached it dazed.

"Hide it and use it to escape. If you can't, just kill yourself.

It's better than whatever she has planned.

That's all I can do, i'm sorry."

Both hurriedly moved, the other hid the knife with his last surviving thoughts. While he went back to desk, rummaging through it's drawers.

"What do you think you're doing?''

Twirling, he gulped, leaning away from Sophie's ablazed eyes.

"Looking..for a bandaid." Raising his bleeding hand with hesitation, he was surprised at the bandaid appearing that covered it quickly.

"..thank you."
