The start of a new beginning

The world was getting hotter and hotter.People didn't listen about pullotion and all the bad stuff for the world.More people became sick and the lands started drying out the ocean got smaller more animals started dying food was getting less it rained only four times a year people were starving and a big hole opened the one day and it was bursting with heat people called it the gate to hell there was rumors of black figures with red eyes that came out and flu back in.But people said it was just rumors.people called it he'll and some called it the end of the world.people started to get crazy and burn everything houses were destroyed nothing was left people started building villages around the world mostly were they can grow food and were there is water to survive. Lucas lived in a village called the lost souls and it was 20 miles away from the gate to hell what people called it.lucas is a sixteen year old boy and has never seen the big hole called the gate to hell but he wasn't allowed to because of the rumors of the black figures with red eyes his mom past away of a virus called the heat of death it gives you fever so high that your body burns from the inside. His dad told him he is not allowed to go there because he was scared he falls in or maybe he believed in the rumors.
