Jealousy

Luan started to fight with Julian, he didn't want to but he was not going to lose any more friends while he was still alive.

"Julian, wake up. I don't want to fight with you." Luan said when he was able to rest a little.

"I must take you with me. My master wants you."

"I know..., but right now I am worried about you."

Taking advantage of the chat between them, Tom run towards Julian and jumped on his back, holding the other's head with both hands.

"Tom?!" Luan asked surprised.

"Done!" Tom said as he jumped down again.

Julian was a little disoriented but after a while he came to his senses and looked straight to where Luan was.

"I am so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you."

"I know." Luan said.

Not far from there was Tom, who was watching them from afar with tears trying to fall down, but he hold them in.

"Thank you, Tom!" Julian said, appearing out of nowhere. " Did I hurt you?"

"No, no! Of course not." The teen said with both his hands up "I am fine. You should see Luan..."

" If you need anything, just call for me, I will come, alright?"

"Yeah!" Tom accepted, trying to not look away from the other's face "I will call you."

"Alright...! Ah... I need your help." Julian requested.

"For what?"

"I am not doctor, please examine him, please."

Tom accepted and followed behind until they were near Luan.

Julian sit right beside Luan and Tom got on his knees in front of them.

"It wasn't that long to your hurt your arm. Why are you full of wounds again?"

Luan laugh and looked ti Julian, smilling.

"I had to protect everyone, you are my friends."

"If we were you wouldn't have leave."

"He must had his reasons." Julian defended, staring into his eyes, annoyed.

"Please don't fight... Both of you are right."

Tom draw a little smile and continued taking care of the wounds. After minutes of silence, where Tom had already applied the medicine, he continued to caress Luan's skin.

"I think that's enough!" Julian said, pushing Tom backwards.

Released of his transe, Tom put on his knees and made a bow to Julian.

"I apologize. Will not happen again."

"Let the boy be. Like you said, everyone has their reasons."

"But..." Julian started, confused.

"No buts. Lets go join the others."

Tom got up quickly, with a huge smile on his face and followed Luan.

"Are you alright?" Exila asked looking up and down "Let me beat him."

"No need. It was just scratches."

"If you say so."

Julian joined them a little later, with his eyes observing every moviment Tom was making, everyone could feel the tension.

"What do you have against Tom all of a sudden?" Luan aske, but didnt receive an answer.

Julian looked away and crossed his arms.

"I thought you were more mature." Exila said " I see that I was wrong."

"I am not. He was just getting on my nerves."

"How so? You never reacted like that with my brother."

"I know the reason." Tom said with a strong voice "Let him be, it will not change anything."

"You're sure, human."

"Whatever the reason, we must save Flower." Luan informed.

They agreed and everyone started to make the plan.

"I will not participate on the plan. Rhey never went well."

"And what do you suggest?" Luan asked, looking towards Tim.

"Improvise. We don't know..."

"Were are you going?" Julian asked.

"I forgot you weren't with us when they took Flower ."

"Flower?" Julian asked, with clenched fists, angry "Let her perish."

"Why is that?" Luan asked, confused, she was such a sweet person.

"Do you think that you were ambushed out of nowhere? She is Skylar..."

"We are going to save her. She protect us from Douglas."

"Of course she did. How would she get your trust."

"You didn't change, did you?" Luan sadly asked after a sigh.

"What do you mean?"

"You forgot? How it was back in the day?"

Julian got confused, but after thinking his face changed from confusion to realization and he didn't say anything else.

"Let's continue, guys?"

"Yes." All of them said.l, except Julian, who went to sit far away from them.

"We can't go without a plan." Exila explained putting a paper on the ground, then took out a pencil to write.

"Why?" Tim whined, holding her arm "It is so boring..."

" Be quiet." Tom said, drawing the map of Lunus."

They started to make the plan, meanwhile Julian was looking at them with a sad expression.

"I fucked up." He said.

He got up and passed his hand on his face, embarrassed, then he walked in silence until he was behind Tom, who was sitting next to Luan.

"Move away."

"Are you calmer, Julian?" Luan asked "Do you want to help us then?"

"Yes. I want. But first..." He said, pushing Tom to the side "He must move."

"Are you for real?" Tom asked while taking sand out of his mouth, annoyed "You could just asked, I would move."

"You should have known what would happen." Julian explained.

"Let's go back planning, shall we?" Exila asked, tired.

"That plan is shit." Julian declared after taking just a look to the map.

"Is it?" Luan asked surprised, evaluating the map again "oh you're right."

"Is he?" Tim asked, amazed "That is really a work of someone with knowledge."

"Oh... Am I dumb then?" Exila asked, making Tim close his mouth and become expressionless.

"Don't be so harsh with him, sister in law."

"What did you call me?" Exila asked, surprised "Did you accept me already?"

"It did made you change subject, didn't it?"

"Dont be like that with her. She worked so hard for you to accept her."

"May I remind who almost killed us, three months ago?"

Exila stopped talking and got up, walking away.

"That was low." Tim said. "I can't believe you, Tom."
