Contract

Shortly afterward, the shop owner quickly came back with the contract for the shop.

"Can I ask why the store is doing badly? The store is in a good location."

With a sigh, the owner quickly answered, "We sell clothes but recently the big stores have started to work together and have made agreements with the manufacturers to try to monopolize the clothing industry."

"The store is barely making any money and I would have tried to sell the store to someone else if you hadn't offered to buy it."

He continued, "Don't worry though, the location is still very good. As long as you aren't selling clothes, it will be fine."

Eric quickly signed the contract for the store and asked him if he could remodel the store.

The former owner quickly agreed so Eric gave the man five more pills and told him the things that he wanted.

"I want there to be three main sections to the store. One for pills, one for weapons, one for armor. The store should be named the 'Sunset Store' with the sun setting below the mountains as its logo."

Eric asked, "Can you do it?"

"I have a good friend who does renovations. it usually takes him a month to do it."

Eric gave him his address and asked to be done as quickly as possible.

He also told the man that there would be extra rewards for both of them the faster the renovations are done.

With that out of the way, Eric quickly left to go to the previous store to buy more materials.
