Chapter 27: Ken Quinzen

[Ken Quinzen was a lonely writer, not much famous in Dharias, the kingdom that he has lives in for his entire life.

The Quinzen family was a little family.

Ken's mother was a housewife, instead the father was a businessman that has worked with many nobles in Dharias.

Ken Quinzen has passed his life mostly with his mother: Georgette.

Their relationship was delicate like a butterfly that slowly land on a rose, full of beauty and kindness.

Ken loved her.

In his young age, the Quinzen family disappeared, the divorce was the last moment of the truly Ken Quinzen.

The young son that loved his family and his memories with them.

One night, when the tears of the gods fell on Dharias, Ken killed his parents with no mercy with a knife.

Their corpses was buried by him, under his own house.

The corpses's smell filled Ken's nose every night.

From that day, the writer blames himself everyday.]

- "Can I be Ken Quinzen again..?" Ken sobbed.

- "Yes, you can. I want to see my real son" Georgette's words makes Ken's golden eyes shining.

- "I want to be Ken Quinzen. Please Ken Quinzen, return to me.." Behind Ken's parents, a child passed between them and stood in front of him.

- "I never leaved you.

You has leaved me behind you.

You didn't turned back to see if I was still there for you" The child stared at the wetting eyes of Ken.

- "I didn't want to disappoint you.

I didn't want to disappoint myself.

I've just trying to protect you hidden you behind myself.." Some tears fell off Ken's eyes.

- "We are the same and different person, but we still are Ken Quinzen.

Hug me, Ken" The child opened his arms to Ken.

Ken hugged the child, while the Quinzen family stared at them.

Ken Quinzen smiled while his eyes cried.

- "I'm Ken Quinzen, and only him" Ken said while he looked in the child's eyes.

The dark sfere disappeared.

Ken Quinzen exited from the dark sfere, the black fog totally disappeared.

A light blue light shines in the flying kingdom.

- "The delirium lord has finished his opera.

The delirium lord is dead, and I, Ken Quinzen, I've killed him" A deity's voice resound in the heaven.

Dharit stared to the sky.

Ken Quinzen was there, behind him there's a light blue energy's cross.

- "You will be always a menace for Dharias.. Rezeldas!" Dharit summoned Rezeldas, the first light's sword.

Dharit threw the sword in Ken's direction.

- "Stop" Ken raised his index finger and the sword stopped.

- "Dharit, leave me finish my last poem" Ken said.

- "I can't, I need to protect Dharias!" Dharit slowly move to Ken.

- "Everyone has someone to save, isn't?" Dharit asked.

- "I just want to save myself, Dharit.

I realize that I've lived in the loneliness for many years.. And I killed myself by the loneliness and the regrets that I was have.

I don't want to hidden anyone behind me and lose them in a tragical maze that I've created.

I need to save myself" Ken said with low tone.

- "And the others? Look yourself the death that you has brings with you.

Dharias is dead, stained with your sinful blood, burned by the delirium flames".

Ken took Dharit by the neck with one hand, his gaze was emotionless.

- "I need to save Ken Quinzen and no one else" A dark blue light shines in Ken's hand.

- "If you want to save yourself, you need to walk over my dead body.

The first light will never die against the shadow".

From the inside of Ken's mouth, a dark snake comes out slowly.

- "Kill him, kill him, kill him, kill him, kill him, kill him, kill Dharit and save Ken Quinzen!" The snake spoke.

In the other Ken's hand, a purple light shines.

Dharit's eyes looks emotionless.

Their gazes shows the will of the salvation.

Ken raised his other hand and slowly brought it near Dharit's face.

- "Apocalix Endless" A sorcery named by Ken comes out from his mouth.

A colossal explosion annihilated the flying kingdom, some Dharias's pieces are still flying half-destroyed.

Dharias is destroyed, no one screams or cry, the silence is the most brutally sound to hear.

Ken was kneeled on the ground in front of Dharit's body, half of his body was gone, his right arm and his right leg was disappeared.

The blood mostly cover his white armor, also destroyed.

- "Y-You didn't kill Dharias.. As long I'm alive, Dharias will be alive.." Dharit spoke slowly, his mouth was full of blood.

Ken looked in Dharit's gaze.

- "They are dead.

I killed everyone".

- "But not me.. You're only a foolish man who deserves a death sentence" Dharit said.

- "I already have a death sentence, I received it from Aqualirisium.

Her bless was my death sentence.

The delirium lord killed Ken Quinzen before that he born.

I lived my entire life with the forbidden impulse inside me.

Ken Quinzen it's my dream, and the delirium lord it's my darkest nightmare" Ken said.

- "Y-You didn't deserve that.." A tear fell off Dharit's eye.

Ken walked to Dharit's body and brought close to him.

- "I've created all of this, and now I need to destroy it" Ken slowly said.

Behind Ken and Dharit, the footsteps of someone resound in the lonely flying Dharias's piece.

- "Ken Quinzen, right?" A deep voice make Ken turned back.

A tall man with long black hair and scarlet eyes waited him.

- "Who are you" Ken asked.

- "Dharit know me, right?" The man stared Dharit, with a little smirk on his pale face.

- "S-Siner.. Why are you here..".

- "For see Ken Quinzen" Siner replied.

- "Why do you want to see me?" Ken asked.

Siner smirk became more wide and insanely.

- "There are many reasons.. But today I'm here for seen for the first time Aqualirisium's creation.

Do you have killed the delirium lord with your humanity, it's very rare to see the primordial will of the existences win against the essences's brutality.

Ken Quinzen, I was very excited to see your face for the first time.

You've been born two times, the first time was the creation of the forbidden impulse, the second one was your humanity's birth.

Two names and one body.

The Delirium Lord and Ken Quinzen.

Why did you kill your essence side? Answer me, please" Siner smirked.

- "Because this time I looked behind myself. I accepted the part that I hated for my whole life.

I accepted Ken Quinzen. The children who plugging his nose for the corpses's smell".

- "Georgette.. Your son is truly admirable" Siner said.

When Siner said that name, Ken's eyes became more wide.

- "How do you know her name..?" Ken slowly said.

- "I know everything and I saw everything.

When you've killed your parents, I was there, next to you.

I've give you the knife also, don't you remember, Ken?" Ken's face was shocked at Siner's words.

An inner memory began to start in Ken's mind.

Two black figures was in the shadow of the house.

One figure seemed a child's shadow, the other one was more taller and skinnier.

- "Ken, take this" The taller shadow gives a knife to the other shadow.

- "Stop living with the ghosts, stop feared them" The shadow's words resound in the dark house.

In front of Siner's shadow, a bloodshed started and stained the house's floor.

Siner laughed insanely in front of his view.

Those laughs continued for the whole bloodshed.

Ken opened his eyes and the pale face of Siner stared at him constantly.

- "Do you remember now?" Siner asked with a ironical tone.

Ken was shock, his face was pale like the snow itself, his eyes was totally opened.

The cold sweat fill his face, and the blood in his veins was colder than the ice.

- "It was your fault.. You've bring me to their deaths..".

- "Are you sure, Ken? Your thoughts was bloody.

You've created your weapon with your bloodlust.

I haven't do anything, it was only your actions" Siner said.

Ken Quinzen was thinking about his actions, he was thinks about his own steps that decided his fate.

- "Who have the fault? Me or your thoughts? Which one?".

Ken remained in silence, no words comes out from his mouth.

- "Siner.. Leave this kingdom" Dharit said slowly.

- "Mh? A dead man speak.

Look at yourself, your kingdom was destroyed, Aqualirisium has being killed from his own creation, and now.." Siner brought himself near to Dharit.

- "Your life will end right here" Siner's gaze stared in Dharit's eyes, and a clock appeared in his bloody eyes.

Dharit's eyes became totally black.

- "The judge of all dimensions has choose the fate" Siner said coldly.

Dharit's heart stopped in front of Ken and Siner's eyes.

- "Judge of all dimensions.. Who truly are you, answer me!" Ken yelled.

- "This isn't the only world.

You know Dharias and the other enormous kingdoms and small towns.. But isn't the only world.

There are other dimensions.

Six hundred and sixty-six dimensions for be accurate.

And I am the judge of the Essences Of Gods, the group of essences that rule everything".

- "And why are you here for me? What is your purpose?".

- "I haven't a purpose.

I'm here only for my interest".

- "Interest? What do you mean?".

- "You are very close to me.

I've see every actions of you, from the highest place of the unreality itself".

- "I'm not close to you, I didn't even know you before of this encounter.

Stop saying this foolish words".

Siner smiled.

- "F-Foolish words..? Ken Quinzen you are really funny" Siner said.

Ken stared at him.

Siner brought his pale face near to Ken.

- "We will see each other again, bye bye" Siner smiled and instantly disappeared in a second.

Ken Quinzen walked next to Dharit's corpse.

- "Your blood will be honored, this is for Aqualirisium too" Ken said while his sad gaze stared at him.

Ken slowly flew in the air.

He opened his arms to the destroyed kingdom, while he holding a book and a pen.

He wrote with his elegant handwriting a title: Aquaris and the myth of the goddess.

Ken's eyes began to shine in a

blue light.

- "With my all potential, I create a paradise in this destroyed kingdom, and the abyssal void under me will be the new Dharias, but this time the name will be: Aquaris.

A kingdom that lives for praise Aqualirisium, the abyssal goddess.

It's time to create a paradise only for us, only for the people that deserves to stay in it.

The only solution for enter in the new paradise: it's the opening of the eyes.

Aqualirisium, you will be for this time a loved goddess instead of a hated one" Ken finished his monologue.

He dropped the book he was holding in his hand and it fell in the abyssal void.

After the impact, a white explosion make the vision white.

Ken was naked, and he was flying in a totally white.

- "I'm back, Ken Quinzen, this time I will not escape from you.

We are the same and different person, but we still are Ken Quinzen, right?" His eyes became closed.

- "Right, Ken Quinzen" A child's voice replied at Ken's question.

[After the acceptation of his regrets, Ken Quinzen returned with his humanity and he killed his essential side: The Delirium Lord.

Ken Quinzen created two new land with using his potential and sacrificing himself for his own salvation.]
