Ch 7 A training in hell, and Ruby gets attacked.

in a little Yang wakes up with a groan and holds her stomach. while Elijah and Ruby look at her.

"Ok lets get started the first exercise will be mediation. to increase you aura and keep you cool under pressure. Yang this is for your flare ups in combat yes your anger makes you stronger but to is a double edged sword and will cut you one day you need to control it." turning to Ruby "Ruby this will help you make better actions and you wont freeze up like you did in the spar if that happened in a actual fight you could have been seriously hurt or killed from that."

after talking to them about what they are going to work on and how to properly meditate and grow there aura he continues for two more hours meditating with them. he then goes onto actual training focusing speed for Yang because he feels she has enough strength for now. and strength and endurance for Ruby.

they continue for another hour an a half of extremely intense training them looking like they just got out of the pool soaked with sweat. while Elijah is just standing there not even warmed up. they give Tai a pleading look says help, while Tai looks at his fingernails and walking away pretending he couldn't see them.

"Ok enough of that." Ruby and Yang's eyes light up when they hear that.

"now on to the next part." he says with a smile they pale and look at the Elijah like the devil.

"for this next part we will spar again." picking up a twig "um what is this suppose to train." Ruby ask innocently

"endurance, your goal is to remain standing till five. why I hit you with this twig its ether you dodge or you get hit. GO!" he yells and sprints at Yang who is next to a boulder

they are thinking that its just a twig what can it do and he swings at yang and she dodges and he hits the rock and brakes it in half. they look wide eyed at it and start to run into the forest thus marking the worst game of hide and seek they have played it didn't matter if they hid or fought back he would hit them over the head with it.

at five he exited the forest with a asleep Ruby on his back and Yang walking next to him looking like she is about to pass out

"alright good job today well up the intensity for you Yang." as he said that he hears a thud and sees Yang on the ground foaming at the mouth. "Oh your overreacting this isn't that bad." he said while picking her up princess carry

he places them in there bed and heads down stair where Tai says that he cleaned the spare bedroom for him and they talk about random stuff and drink till nine

when Ruby walks down stairs and sees Elijah and Tai laughing and talking. she asks Tai if she could go to dust till dawn. he said ya but be back before midnight. she asked Elijah to come but he has to cook dinner for them so she went by herself.

at dust till dawn we see an all most empty store besides a red cloaked figure reading a magazine not paying attention to there surroundings until someone turns them around dropping the hood to see ruby listing to music

"Yes?" she said taking off her headphones

"I said put your hands in the air." the thug said annoyed while pointing his blade at her

"are you robing me." she asked

"YES!" The thug said in anger

"OH." she says with a small smile.
