"Don't say that, young lady. The enemies are unscrupulous and willing to do things we wouldn't do. That's their advantage! We can only counterattack now that we've uncovered their secret plans!" Grace said, looking thoughtfully at Felicity.

"I don't know..." Felicity commented, feeling the terrible sensation of being caught in the middle of a complicated plot. "But anyway, we're alive, and that's what matters." She looked at Atlas and thanked him. "Thank you again for saving us. If it wasn't for you, Grace would be dead, and those men would have taken me."

Atlas smiled but said nothing in response to Felicity's thanks. He had done it for himself. The mere fact that he could let off some stress and kill to vent his frustrations was enough for him to be satisfied with today's action.

Seth then said. "If that's all, you should get some rest. We can go to Rosecoast as soon as you're ready."

Felicity looked at him and asked. "Who are you exactly? Why do I feel connected to you?"

"We are nothing more than lost travelers," Seth told her. "The feeling you are experiencing is what I call magical empathy. Don't worry, it won't hurt you."

Seth's power created a copy of the powers of other people he came in contact with. But this wouldn't happen just by being around a person with a special power. There had to be an "acceptance" on the other side, which made both sides share the same emotion and affinity.

If someone hated Seth to the extreme and had nothing that would allow them to make a spiritual and mental connection, the chances of his power successfully copying that other individual's power would be shallow. It could happen if Seth was much stronger than such an individual and acted deliberately to copy that power.

That wasn't the case that day, so Felicity subconsciously agreed to share her power with him.

"Oh? All right then." She commented, feeling strangely closer to Seth as if she had known him for ages and could trust him.

Emery and Atlas smiled as they looked at the young woman but said nothing.

Grace and Felicity soon ingested several resources, once again showing the Giant Island group the wonders of the continent's special resources.

In just 15 minutes, they had recovered from all their injuries and exhaustion, which would take a member of the Misty Woods tribe at least a night to do with normal meditation.

Emery made no comment to the group, aware they were all thinking the same thing when they saw how quickly the two had recovered.

They left the area for Rosecoast, returning to the floating boat Seth had built while Grace led the group on the best route to take.

Meanwhile, Felicity took the opportunity to talk to Seth and Dax about pertinent matters.

"I don't know where you came from, and once again, I am grateful to you for saving us. But what you did before will come back. The forces behind these men have many people in the province and influence that even the Duke can't counteract". She said while looking at the two men.

Meanwhile, Dax and Seth's three companions were outside their carriage, watching the surroundings, securing the group, and moving around.

"We're aware," Seth commented with a smile on his face. "I hope the young lady can guide us so our journey won't be hindered too much."

"I will do my best to help you. My family has a significant influence on Rosecoast. If you stay by our side while you are there, you may be able to achieve your goals more easily.

I know you're powerful, and you may not need my help. But having someone to open doors for you can save you time and give you answers you wouldn't have without help." Felicity said, returning to her usual self after she calmed down from what had happened.

As she calmed down, she realized the potential of this group and how it could benefit her to have them on her side.

They had helped her, and her duty was to return the favor. But as she thought about it, she couldn't help but see that having their cooperation during her stay in Rosecoast could help her a lot.

In return, she could offer them much more than she had previously thought possible, which could lead to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

"What family are you from?" Dax asked.

"The Pennel family." She said softly.

"Oh?" Dax looked at Seth, both aware of this family's name.

They might not know much about this world, but they had already learned the name of the most important family in the province, the family of the local Duke!

"I didn't expect to save the life of the provincial duke's daughter," Atlas commented to Grace and Emery.

"It's not for nothing that such a big problem is so close to you," Seth said, already aware that Felicity's father was influential but hadn't noticed that she was from the Pennel family.

Dax had something else on his mind as he looked at Seth. "If we take their side, we could have a really easy time in this city. I think it's worth taking the risks associated with her.

Seth saw what was on his companion's mind and agreed.

"We can help you," Seth said to Felicity. "We're already involved anyway. It's not against our interests to stay on your side until we leave Rosecoast."

Felicity smiled in satisfaction at hearing this, already imagining that Seth and the other three Atlas companions were just as strong as the guy who had saved her.

If she could have them on her side for a short time, she could change a lot of things in her hometown!

"Perfect. When we get to Rosecoast, I'll introduce you to my father, and we'll give you access to everything you need." She said with a beautiful smile on her face. "As for the problems you might encounter, we'll give you more information about that when we get to the city and update you on the situation with the faction that's moving against us."

Seth agreed, not caring about helping this girl with her affairs as long as he could get the information he wanted in Rosecoast.

Whether this city would resolve his doubts, he couldn't be sure. But it would certainly bring him closer to his goals and his goal of revenge!
