Lust followed the shadow, and it led her to a plot of land just a few miles away from the ARM headquarters. "Greed, COME out, YOU beast; I Know that this is your plot," Lust angrily demanded as her voice echoed in the deserted land.
A shadow emerged in Lust's sight, and he saw that its silhouette was unfamiliar. Lust squinted her eyes and asked the intruder, "Who are you? You aren't greedy."
"I am so sorry to disappoint you, but your ally Greed is a bit occupied," The intruder said before taking something from the bag they were carrying, and it slowly revealed itself to be Greed's head.
"YOU" Lust, though she has previous grudges with Greed, still sees him as an ally. 'Who is this? If the person in front of me was the culprit behind the fire, they probably have a grudge. It could possibly be... "Is that you, Caitlyn?" Lust questioned.
"You're kind of stupid, aren't you, but SORRY, you got the wrong answer. I'm going to give you one last try though since the third time's the charm, as they say." The intruder was seen smirking underneath the covers of their cloak. "STOP PLAYING GAMES AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE!" Lust shouted.
"Okay, okay, geez, impatient much?" The intruder continued, "I am your Karma, Lust, or should I say Sandra?" The intruder revealed herself, casting aside her cloak, and Lust was able to properly see the person in front of her. She was adorned in a sleek black jumpsuit, and her eyes looked like they were clawed out with such scars that Lust was skeptical whether the human could even see.
"How'd you know my name?" Lust was livid, as even in Arm there were only a few people who knew her name and knew her as Sandra. "Sandra, Sandra, well, I found it thanks to your friend 'Thermis', who you were so SURE was the cause of this disaster, but I'm afraid even though dear "Thermis'' is greedy as a fox, heheh, get it? greedy as a fox since his codename is Greed? HAHAHAHAHA." The intruder continued to laugh at her own joke, leaving Sandra to look at her with much disgust, thinking that the person was more loco than Sandra thought.
"EHEM EHEM—Forgive me for that; I'm just too funny, but if it wasn't already obvious, Thermis or, well, Greed told me of your name after I tortured him, of course." The intruder was seemingly in a trance, looking as if she were remembering something fondly.
"Shut up, you BITCH." "Stop goading me; that is so disgraceful of you, Sandra, but if you want a fight, well, it's A FIGHT you'll get." The intruder roared out and began to summon chains that wrapped around Sandra's wrist, causing her to skid across the dirt.
Sandra quickly generated flames, causing her body markings to turn red, and directed them at the enemy. The intruder was able to foresee the attack and dodge it, causing her to loosen her hold on her chains. With that small opportunity, Sandra slid her wrist away from the chains, called for her gun, and launched multiple bullets. "Those things are useless, you know, Sandra!" The enemy manipulated her chains, easily deflecting the bullets. Sandra, seeing her bullets as useless, rapidly launched fireballs in the direction of the enemy.
The enemy's eyes glowed and summoned chains that took hold of Sandra's arms, making her inferno misfire into another direction—the direction of where the Arm headquarters were. Fuck, why does it seem like she knows what actions I'll take? "Sandra thought to herself.
"You are such an EVIL person, Sandra, lashing a fireball at the headquarters of your organization—WOW!" The enemy continued to mock Sandra. Sandra gritted her teeth, her temper quickly rising. "You MADE ME FIRE that," Sandra snapped at the enemy.
Yeah, isn't that obvious? Keep up." The enemy looked at Sandra as though she were stupid, making Sandra recklessly attempt to cast the powerful spell EXPLOSION," but as the spell was about to fire, Sandra was suddenly smacked, and out of nowhere, the enemy was beating her up like a common thug.
POW KAPOW PUNCH SPLAT THUMP POW PUNCH KAPOW
Sandra was on the verge of unconsciousness as she was met with an onslaught of punches, and the only reason she still lived was because of her physique as an elf. The enemy stopped, leaving Sandra time to gasp for breath, and in that desolate place with only the two individuals in sight, Sandra's quiet gasps were the only sounds to be heard. "Why are you doing this to me?" Sandra muttered in a weak voice.
"Leave it to you, I guess, to not recognize even your own victims, but since I pity you" The enemy leaned closely to Sandra and whispered "Zelda". Sandra's eyes opened like saucers, and disbelief was written in her face. "You, Zelda? No, You're not her; she's dead,"" Sandra said to herself as if she were convincing herself.
"Yeah, you're right, Zelda's dead, but her sister Zephyrus isn't." The enemy introduced herself to Sandra as Zephyrus (OUR MC FINALLY NAMEDROP).
