Fishing Is An Art

The girl may not have noticed it herself, but she has been seeking companionship in the form of a relationship for a longtime, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Her luck with men hasn't been good at all over the years though. Until now at least. Who would have thought that my daughter in all but blood would find one that she may grow to truly love, and be the pathway for Asgard to form an alliance with probably the most well known faction in existence? 

"Now, I don't want to take away from the touching family moment. I would react the exact same myself if I were in a similar situation as Odin, but we all have things to take care of. Especially with the possible danger on the horizon with the war of the biblical factions starting." I nodded my head at that as I used magic to teleport my bed back to my room. Circi conjured up a table with several chairs for us to sit at in the middle of the throne room, turning it into a makeshift meeting.

"I know that I said we would discuss an alliance later on, and we still will, but we should make everything else we discussed more official. Circi has drawn up a few magic contracts while you all were enjoying your time together. Frigga, I request that you especially, will personally show my son, and Circi everything you know as payment for your life. Odin will do the same, and they will have unlimited access to your libraries. 

The one thing that I will offer to Loki personally, is that if she manages to fully marry my son, I will offer her a permanent safe haven within my dimension." I heard Loki gasp in surprise at that. It made sense to me though, she is known to show extreme care for those of the golem race that are her children. If Loki is safe at any time, it not only placates us, but would help the boy Retzio from going into an outrage. The last time one of her children were upset it caused damage to multiple realms of the dead that is still being recovered to this day.

When I finished discussing everything with Odin, Frigga, and Loki, I closed off the projection, and sat further back in my seat. Things were being set in motion at a very fast pace, I still didn't have access to my divinity, but I did discover the reason. Or in this case, reasons. I needed to complete my objectives first, each one would unlock a portion of my growing divinity. I was still plenty strong due to the growing power of my golems. Each of my children have grown strong enough to take on the leaders of the biblical factions except Yahweh, outside of Retzio. 

Circi's bodyguard Kuroko joined her in Asgard, and they quickly took to the Asgardian libraries. Circi would be getting her clutches into the fallen soon enough. I didn't want to mess with The biblical factions during the great war too much though. Most of the things I wanted to mess with would be coming after, like the devil civil war. That didn't mean I couldn't interact with many of the other factions though. 

I went into the forge to work on the golem that would implement, and possibly take over the Yokai faction. Was I playing matchmaker? Perhaps. Did I care? No. I myself am done with relationships for the most part. I care for Jess and Jane a lot, don't get me wrong, and we regularly play games, watch anime, and hang out when I am not working. 

But, anymore than those two won't be happening. That doesn't mean my kids can't have fun though. Another thing I noticed about my kids specifically, when I created them, they were implemented into the world and given a history. This was proven by the fact that Asgard seemed to have some knowledge of Retzio's legion, if only through rumors. Similar to Sebastian, a good amount of the more powerful figures knew of him as the one who looked through my rabbits for most cases. I had no idea what Circi or Levi's history was yet though. 

Speaking of the sisters, they followed along to the forge and decided to work in the smithy. Anytime I came to the forge, they worked there to experiment with new things, and try to replicate a tool similar to Levi's, or a sacred gear. It was proving to be difficult though. I'm certain that they would get it at some point though, we had hundreds of years after all. If we can get this strong in a matter of two months, who knows where we will be in years. 

Another thing about my powerset, is that it upgraded to the mythical level. With that, I could create homunculi. The problem with that is the fact that I needed very expensive materials to create them. So I have been waiting for the go ahead from Sebastian for when everything was available. It would have been within a few days, but it took a week, since a powerful catalyst was necessary. In this case, I was currently holding the soul of a corrupted kyubi that was causing issues for the Yokai faction. This would be one of my in's with them.

With my power, I wiped the influence of the soul, along with the corruption, while still retaining the power. Afterwards, I influenced it with my desires, imprinted it with some of my specialties, and inserted it into the body I have created. The body itself was female in nature. I have been going in order when it came to my children, although with flesh magic, many things were possible. My new daughter had assets that mimicked my own to a tea, the same silver hair, and golden eyes. 

However, the moment the soul was inserted into the body, she grew fox-like ears, and grew nine tails right away. The tails and ears were also silver in color, with golden tips at the end of them. She was the same height at my current form at 5'10. For all intents and purposes, she looked like me if I were a kitsune. She was wearing a purple kimono, and once light graced her eyes, tears started to shed from her eyes. I brought her into a hug and placed her head between my breasts.

"There there, no need to cry Kinami, I am here for you." She pulled me into a tighter hug as she cried for a few more minutes before composing herself. I am unsure why she was crying, but perhaps it had something to do with her 'history'.

"I do apologize for the unsightly display Ma. But I'm here, and ready to assist in whatever way I can!" She stood up straight , and took a princess-like bow. If she were wearing a blouse she would have probably lifted it slightly. 

"I need you to get used to your current abilities, then train up until you are strong enough to take on the shinto gods." She had a dangerous glint in her eye, but it only made me smirk.

"And may I ask as to why I would need to be that strong, Mother? Not that I mind, but I am just curious." I would say that curiosity killed the cat, but she was a fox, so I don't think it applies considering how mischievous they are normally.

"I need you to integrate and eventually unite the west Yokai faction. Then, your ultimate mission, if you choose to accept, is to either strike an alliance with or take over the shinto faction. How you do this is up to you, but be sure to work with Sebastian on this. I will be making a few other yokai golems to serve as your entourage. I will not accept failure." Kinami had a feral smile that grew further the more I spoke, until I uttered that last sentence, which caused her to gulp in fear. 

"I will not let you down Ma! I will get to work right away!" After she stated that, she sped away, but not before being caught by Jane by the scruff and dragged back to a bench. 

"At least wait until your companions are created before you run off! Did you think that you could just leave them here in the dark and let your mother explain things when she already has too much on her plate as is?" Oooh, this was a rare side of Jane that I didn't get to see. Kinami had a look of pure fear on her face as she got on her knees and repeatedly apologized, as Jane continued to berate her. I just giggled and Jess joined me in laughter in the background. 

I continued to work on the various yokai golems that would be working with Kinami, when she was dragged to the smithy by Jane to be forced to assist her and Jess as punishment. The whole situation was extremely funny to me, since the sisters were very introverted and meek around me for the most part, unless we were playing mario kart, cod, or enjoying our nightly activities. Regardless though, this put a permanent smile on my face just from the fact that the two of them were interacting with my children. Little did I know at the time, but the sisters played a pivotal role in my kids life almost on the same level of my own.

Levi

I was sitting on top of the largest mountain I could find in our home dimension, with what I like to call Levi's super magical group of fish explorers. A good amount of them started fishing in lava, some were fishing in sand, some ice, some metal, and very little were still fishing out of normal bodies of water. 

Back to me being on the mountain though, why was I here? To fish in the sky of course! My partner who I have started to call Tammy has decided that fishing all over the place wasn't enough. We needed to fish in the clouds of the sky! So as I sat at the top of the mountain alone, the remainder of my group were at the bottom, fishing at a nearby river to remain close by. I carved out the top of the mountain to make it flat to make it easier to sit while I sat above the clouds. 

Tammy's reason for fishing in the clouds was: 'What are clouds, but another form of liquid in the sky?' I couldn't deny that logic, so I flew to the nearest mountain at rapid speeds and got to where I am now. I used magic to trap a large group of clouds in front of me, in place, and started fishing at large. Sebastian was unsure if I would fish anything at all, same with Circi. But Mama believed in me no matter what, that was all I needed. The headpats from Miss Jane did help too.

I took my stance, released Tammy from their necklace form, took hold of them, and released into the clouds.

Levi Believer #9

When we were told that Madam Levi wanted to fish in an active volcano, I was the only one that was somewhat skeptical. By The Creator's grace, they must have implemented this part of me on purpose to have someone that made sure Madam Levi didn't veer too far off track. I fully believed Levi though from the moment I saw her fish out a drake from molten magma. I was the only one, outside of the Madam herself who did not scream in reaction to the drake. 

I myself became somewhat of a voice of reason for Miss Levi, via drawing sticks. It had to be rigged, there was no way I would have been chosen otherwise. I didn't come to regret it though, since due to me being somewhat closer professionally to The Madam, I have grown faster than my coworkers. I could fish in the deep sea, swamps, lava, sand, metal, and something that only Madam Levi could also do, was fish from snow. 

Today though, Miss Levi has taken on the monumental task of fishing in the sky. I feel like Tammy is just throwing things at her thinking that it wouldn't work, but being surprised that it does. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if she somehow pulled this off. I was fishing off of the snow from the mountains as I watched The Madam from a distance reeling in something that cast a two winged shadow over the entire mountain. My breath hitched, and I quickly communicated with Sir Sebastian about the current predicament in case the worse scenario came to be.
